The parish of spring, which a little overshadowed the untimely Buran, was celebrated by the enchanting exhibition "Impressionism and Fashion" by the New York Museum. She united her beloved pictures and outfits depicted on them.

The latter play a decisive role at the exhibition. The exposition draws the viewer into a platonic game with reality: if the suit is the original, then the painting is only his reflection, but what!

Emil Zola proclaimed women with precious fruits of civilization. Admiring them, as rare colors, the impressionists believed that the ladies were called to decorate their lives and themselves with the help of luxurious dresses. Each of them went into a state and occupied the room, so the ladies looked better on the open air. But here they were no more natural than in the mannequins, which were reminiscent of “women in the garden” of Claude Monet. For all of them, one Camille posed, imitating those fashionable magazines where her husband got the styles of dresses. One of them is exhibited in the neighborhood. Dazing white cotton hides steel, like that have not yet born skyscrapers, crinoline. This widely spread skirt served as a worthy podium bust. It’s not easy to be a monument to yourself, but it is especially difficult when you are in white. The ability to wear this - without a spot - a dress requires controlled emotions and meaningful movements, that is, good manners.

Remembering their outfits, the ladies in the picture are not busy - like flower beds. Just because of this, the jury of the salon refused to accept the work: they did not find a plot in it. He did not say anything to Monet’s canvas, he did not give anything to others. The painting deprived of narration shocked as the abstractionism of Khrushchev. Critics needed to radically update the dictionary to see the most vivid sunlight in all French art in Monet's masterpiece.

After making sure of this, I respectfully looked around the dress that served as the master model. Now it seemed to me that the rays of the summer sun stuck to him. No matter how it is firing, the impressionists are never hot - neither ladies wrapped in fabric meters, nor gentlemen, even on a picnic, wearing a jacket and vest, nor the audience who seemed to blow a breeze from the picture. Having learned to write air, the artists did not spare him, so we are not stuffy in their paintings.

Continuing the study of white dresses in the paintings of Renoir, the shades of white in which are as infinite as Black in Mana, the exhibition moved from the first half of the day on the second.

The lady from society had to take 20 dresses on a weekly trip. Dressing three times a day, she always went to dinner in black already because this color was more expensive than others. The impeccable blackness, not casting green or yellow, hugged the lady like a black cat, which was often put in a picture for comparison. The sort of such a dress was that it was not mourning, but festive. The women dressed in them on the canvas are as elegant as the gentlemen of the Velazquez example for him.

Men, however, were almost not interested in impressionists, because, deprived of fantasies, they dressed boring in London. The Parisian tailor differed from English no less than the cook, and on the canvas the company gathered at the exchange of dealers reminds of cockroaches.

Bypassing the exhibition twice, I found in the exposition what unites it. All models in the paintings are dressed in the latest fashion. This must be understood literally. While Claude Monet was working on a monumental “ breakfast on the grass ”, he constantly made changes to already written outfits so that they would not go out of fashion.

Fear of obsolete is caused by the principle formulated by Baudler. He demanded that the contemporary art of one - be modern. The impressionists who heard him better than others did not want to deal with the past. They lived with their own day, and they liked him.

It only seems simple. In fact, there is nothing more difficult than falling in love with your time. And only those eras that coped with this really succeeded in history.
