Yavlinsky does not give up

The politician did not hide his irritation at a briefing, which began immediately after the meeting of the Bureau and the Political Committee of the Yabloko party. At this emergency forum, he and his supporters formulated his position to date to what happened. Grigory Yavlinsky called the decision of the Central Election Commission political:

- The meaning of this solution is to create the most comfortable conditions for the current group in power. The meaning of this solution is also to deprive a significant part of Russia's citizens of the opportunity to make a real -conscious choice . Those who represent the middle class of Russia, those on whom the future of Russia, educated people depends, have been moved independent from the decision on the future of our country.

To the question of Radio Liberty, who specifically is worth the decision to refuse to register his presidential candidate, Yavlinsky replied:

- The decision is signed, there is a surname. For radio, freedom is specifically - Churov. Who gave him an instruction? I think that Prime Minister Putin instructed him, ”said Grigory Yavlinsky.

The decision to refuse registration was made by a majority of the vote of the members of the commission. “Against” only a member of the Central Election Commission Elena Dubrovina, who is in the Yabloko party, voted. On this score, the leader of Yabloko Sergey Mitrokhin once again expressed his attitude to competitors from the Duma opposition, who, according to him, allegedly supported Grigory Yavlinsky:

- For example, there is such a candidate Mironov, who seemed to even condemn the publicly removal of Yavlinsky. But his representative voted for the decision to refuse Yavlinsky to register. And the representative of the Communist Party - refrained. Grigory Yavlinsky is a consistently opposition politician. This is different from everyone else. Therefore, he cannot play in this performance one of the previously directed roles, ”said Sergey Mitrokhin.

According to the results of the check of the second sample of the signature sheets, the CEC has rejected about 25 percent, which is more than permitted 5 percent. In a completely different way, Grigory Yavlinsky himself looks at the story with rejected signatures:

- About 3% of signatures are rejected on the basis that claims were presented to them as voter signatures. In one case, it seemed that the address was not so posted. In another case, the impression was that the signature was made by irregular ink. And the rest of the comments expressed to the "Yabloko" belong to other violations of the procedure for the design of signature sheets. Not signatures, but signature sheets! These violations became the basis for removal. It says that, according to the commission, these sheets are electrical photography. However, the law does not have a ban on the presentation of electrical photographs. When you need to get signature sheets from Kamchatka, from Sakhalin, from the Far East for literally 4-5 days, because the certification of the signatures began only after the holidays have ended, and you need to get certified signatures at such a distance, they often come in the form of electronic letters, are transmitted in all ways and possible ways.

Despite the failure, Grigory Yavlinsky and his supporters will continue to fight for power in the country:

-First of all, we will participate in all electoral processes-in municipal, in regional elections, in the elections of mayors, in governors, which, nevertheless, we hope, will be held this year. We intend to implement this direction in full, ”said Grigory Yavlinsky.

Yabloko Chairman Sergei Mitrokhin said that the party fears repressions regarding signatures, so the decision to apply to the court will be made only next week. As for observers, who for several months were prepared by the party, according to Yavlinsky, their professional experience will be useful in the upcoming presidential election campaign, and any party will be able to use their services.
