This week, representatives of the Human Rights Council visited the Chelyabinsk region and the construction site of the Tominsky Mining and the processing plant. Human rights activists handed over to Vice-Governor Evgeny Redin the requirements of opponents of the construction of an enterprise for the processing of copper-porn ores. Activists of the Stop GOK movement claim that the construction began without official permission and without the conclusion of the environmental examination.
