Comment of the day.
Peter Vile, Prague:
Recently, there have been such an instructive programs on the Russian television screen as those that highlighted the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to North Korea. Moreover, instructive that these were not specially prepared programs, but live reports from the scene.
North Korea, as in the old days, met the "older brother." It was as if the time machine that showed Russia its own recent past worked. Although there are differences: much more organized rows along the streets and roads, in three, four, six unbearable lines. A clear choral chant. Selected flowers: different shades of pink and red, without irritating interspersed of some blue or yellow. What never happened, according to sloppiness or in poverty, in Soviet everyday life - Koreans who formed trellises and flower beds in the direction of the Russian guest were specially dressed: elegant and again in a thoughtful colorful range. In all, thoroughness and care are visible in everything.
The concerns of but is not at all visible on their faces - only a pure, uncomplicated holiday. Righty eyes, wide smiles, voiced voices. A kilometer per kilometer - slender orders of tens of thousands of people freed for a joyful occasion from labor activity.
The time machine worked with might and main - a red kumach, a pioneer tie, a pioneer salute, a ten -meter statue, kisses on the runway. It seems that the North Korean leader wanted to gasp on his lips, as his father dug into each other with the great Moscow kissing masters. But the Russian leader pulled a little and slipped through his cheek along the cheek, in a hypocritical western manner. Maybe it seemed, or maybe the last and a half decades did not go in vain.
