The judge, who twice authorized the extension of the detention of Sergei Magnitsky on January 19, 2009 and September 14, 2009. I ignored all the arguments of Magnitsky and his lawyers. He refused to consider and introduce a complaint to Magnitsky’s medical care, as well as a complaint about the torture conditions of the detention and the illegal persecution by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, against which he testified.
