The house of Sergei Khlystov in Adler may already be destroyed today, the owner himself lies in a hospital with a hypertensive crisis, and his daughter Tatyana Samhval , who until the last moment trying to convince the bailiffs not to demolish their home, may remain on the street with a pile of things and two children. Tatyana says that in an attempt to prevent violent, and, as she says, illegal eviction, turned to representatives of the authorities up to the very top:
- They explained to me: where are you trying to jump, this is politics ... I decided to go to politicians. In February of this year, when we had presidential elections, I went to Moscow, knocked on to the State Duma, wrote a statement “I ask us to help”, wrote presidential candidate Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, was at the reception of the assistants to President Medvedev then. In general, all this returned to Krasnodar and subsided here. At the request of the State Duma deputy, a prosecutor's office was checked, during which a violation of the law was revealed. My father’s land belongs to us. Then, after checking the prosecutor's office, it turned out that the mayor of Sochi, Anatoly Pakhomov, issued a resolution and gave our house and land together with us under the construction of Olympic facilities, says Tatyana Samhval.
The prosecutor's verification of the legality of the demolition of the house was initiated by the State Duma deputy from the Communist Party Sergei Obukhov. His assistant in Sochi Natalya Kalinovskaya believes that the bailiffs are in a hurry by order from above:
-When something is happening in Sochi, either the International Forum, or the IOC, or something else arrives, or the Olympstroy administration, together with the administration of the Krasnodar Territory, begins to “clean the corners”-those houses that are not demolished, people who are not deprived of something, who are evicted on the street. And now the same thing happens to Tatyana. On September 20, we will have an international investment forum, a lot of foreigners will come here - and the administration is afraid that Tanya can go out to a single picket, bring her children, put up a tent near the administration. Therefore, now in a hurry, without waiting for a court session, which should take place on October 11th and on which this house can be recognized as legitimate, they try to demolish this house. And then no one will prove anything on the wreckage whether this house stood or not, ”explains Natalya Kalinovskaya.
The situation has long been following the human rights organization Human Rights Watch. Human Rights Watch employee Julia Gorbunova notes that violations with the Olympic construction became the norm, and the people who are opposed to them simply arrest:
- An example is the removal of an apartment from the Brovki family who bought an apartment in Sochi in 2008. For an apartment under a contract of sale, they paid about 5 million rubles. Three years later, they "fell under the Olympics." On the site of the house in which their apartment was planned, the construction of a combined railway and road was planned. The family was forcibly evicted, the house was demolished. And compensation for the housing that they offered was exactly twice as much as the amount that Brovkins paid under the contract of sale. They tried to challenge the amount of compensation through the court, but the amount of compensation was transferred to their account and after that nothing could be done. To any objections of the family: “We do not agree, we are unhappy, we want to do otherwise”-they said: “You received money, compensation was provided to you, there is information about the transfer of funds to your account, there should be no more questions.” And Irina Brovka was satisfied with a single picket, which under the legislation does not require permission, but, nevertheless, for the organization of unauthorized rallies she was given three days of arrest ...
The Internet posted a video on which Tatyana Samraval, sitting in her house, talks about the problems impending on her family. Perhaps she will record her next video message, sitting in a tent next to the ruins of her home.
