Yesterday in Moscow, employees of the Department of Economic Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia stopped the activities of the TC Loging enterprise, which changed the expiration dates of juices, mineral water and beer of such famous brands as Vimm-Bill-Dann, Holy Source, Ochakovo, and already with falsified implementation dates for sale.

On Ryabinova Street, where the enterprise was located, police officers found equipment for rewinding. In total, more than 110 thousand units of products were seized. Currently, issues of initiating a criminal case and suspension of the company's activities are being resolved.

“TC Loging company has not been the distributor of the Wimm-Bill-Dann company for more than two years and has no joint trade relations,” Anton Saraykin, spokeswoman for VIMM-Bill-Dann, told Gazeta. Recall that yesterday a number of news agencies argued that TC Loging is the official distributor of VIMM-Bill-Dann in Russia. According to Saraykin, out of 110 thousand units of the products seized by the police, only two were the juices of the Wimm-Bill-Dann brand. However, they were fake or not, the company could not answer.

“Ochakovo” several years ago tried to establish a contractual relationship with “TC Loging”. But after negotiations and trial steps, we realized that this company does not meet the principles of transparency and openness, which are necessary for distributors and subdistrifiers. Through the official channels, Ochakovo products are not entering this company, ”said Vladimir Kochetov, sales director of the Ochakovo Director for Sales, Sales Director of Sales.

In Russia, the standards for the shelf life of food products, which include drinks, are not. As the director of the Institute of Nutrition of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (RAMS) Viktor Tutelyan told the Gazeta, the manufacturers themselves establish the terms of sale of products. “It is almost impossible to establish for all standards, since the shelf life of drinks depends on the composition, manufacturing technologies, storage conditions, and they are different for everyone. For example, in glass containers, drinks are stored an order of magnitude longer than in plastic, ”Viktor Tutelyan explained. According to the scientist, the expiration dates established by manufacturers are double -checked by the Rospotrebnadzor authorities. For this, the department of Gennady Onishchenko conducts his examinations. Without checking Rospotrebnadzor, the product cannot get to the shelves. That is, to say exactly what expiration dates for which drinks have, it is not easy. For example, as the newspaper explained at the Institute of Nutrition of the RAMS, the beer is suitable for two or three months, depending on whether it is filtered or not, contains live yeast or not, and on the packaging. Pure water is up to a year, but also depending on the packaging. Fresh juices - a maximum of two days. Dairy and dairy drinks - from one to three days. The shelf life of vodka is also not endlessly contrary to the common opinion - only a year.
