The second: "The Russian state should not and cannot become the state of healthy idiots."

Uf-f. I caught myself thinking: what else can you add? It turns out a lot. That depopulation occurs in Russia is known long before the revelations of Stepashin. But, having plunged into a strained science, the main controller of budget expenditures does not say a word about the problems that are much more profile for his professional, and not the journalistic activity of the related ones. The reduction in the able -bodied population may affect sovereignty, but who can compare with China and India in such a sovereignty? The situation with labor migration is much more urgent. Without such migrants, the Russian economy will simply get up. This means that it is necessary to less than national-suited spells and more efforts to create civilized conditions of their sociocultural adaptation. Without turning a blind eye to inevitable ethnic clashes and conflicts, the state should pursue a policy of attracting labor resources from abroad. Is there enough funds for such a policy in the budget three -year -old, which the government has prepared? Stepashin is silent.

For whom is the demographic pit, which spread to the able -bodied population? For pensioners, especially future. That Russian pensioners today are the most socially powerless, humiliated and offended part of the population is known. What needs to be done with the Pension Fund in order to fully meet a demographic challenge and not worsen, but to improve their position? Stepashin is silent. He is more interested in sovereign genetic certification.
