Two more sentences for grandfathers in the Chelyabinsk tank school yesterday Chelyabinsk Garrison Military Court issued two more sentences as part of the investigation of the facts of hazing in the Chelyabinsk tank school. Thus, in record time, the garrison court examined five criminal cases instituted based on the results of the prosecutor’s audit, begun after the publication of the terrible story of ordinary Andrei Sychev. However, not one of these five cases is directly related to Sychev - his tormentor, Sergeant Sivakov, while under investigation, and, quite possibly, he will not be alone in the bench of the defendants.

Meanwhile, the 20-year-old driver Sergei Vasiliev, who was called up for the service on May 25, 2004 from the Omsk region, was charged with tireless relations on four episodes. According to the verdict, on December 5, 2005, Vasiliev woke his colleague in the middle of the night a later call to the ordinary Roman Bykov and ordered him to bring him coffee. Having received a refusal, Vasiliev forced Bykov to squat down and "inflicted at least 50 blows to his forehead." Another victim of the unbelievable "grandfather" was Private Sergey Zhdanov. The first time Vasiliev “punished” the colleague for the allegedly poorly done cleaning in the room for drying uniforms. "Grandfather" first beat Zhdanov, and then burned his wrist with a cigarette. The second time Zhdanov was beaten, like Roman Bykov, for the refusal to bring Vasiliev coffee. For the third time, the “obstinate” Zhdanov did not want to hang Vasilet Vasiliev on the hanger and was beaten again, after which the old -timer appointed the colleague “responsible” for the proper storage of his things.

As in all previous cases, the accused, who was waiting for the court at the garrison guardhouse, filed a petition for the consideration of the case in a special procedure - without a trial, as he pleaded guilty in full. At the trial, Vasiliev repented and asked for forgiveness from the victims, who, in turn, appealed to the court with a request not to deprive him of his freedom. Now the ordinary will have to serve one year in Dysbat, although the prosecutor's office demanded six months more for him. But the court took into account that Vasiliev was extremely positively characterized by the command, neighbors, district police officers, and the leadership of the agricultural engineering, which he graduated before the draft.

In addition, Vasiliev had a difficult childhood - from the age of 12 he was raised by his mother, as his father died in a car accident.

Another convicted, ordinary battalion of ensuring the educational process of the tank school Zhurin, was accused of delivering several strokes to the colleague, with whom they removed the barracks together. Zhurin was sentenced to a year in Dysbat conditionally. His case was also considered in a special way, in court, Zhurin pleaded guilty and repented.

Thus, out of five convicted Chelyabinsk "grandfathers" only two received the real punishment: Private Vasiliev and Private Shashko, convicted by the year of Dysbat on February 21. It is worth noting that in both cases, bullying was cynical in nature, were systematic and affected even the junior command staff. The ordinary Shashko, we will remind, in addition to the two recruits, he beaten two younger sergeants nominally his commanders.
