For the state, this is a destructive thing. How can you rule a country that banally despises you and your subordinates? This nihilism is no less destructive for relations, it would seem quite distant from state power: from the economy to order on the roads.

How can you build a normal business if there is no confidence in partners? If everyone knows that at any time your counterparties can buy any official and, in the best case, do not fulfill their obligations to you, and at worst - also drive you to bars. Years of 10-15 years.

Or so. What can be a trouble -free riding if traffic rules are not for everyone. If compliance with the rules often poses a threat to your life. And all because some fool, confident in his impunity, may not miss you at the intersection, rush to the “red” or arrange a “play in the checkers” in a tight stream.

However, in my individual head, there is still resistance to the unambiguous synonymization of the words “deputy”, “minister”, “official” and “thief”. It so happened that I personally know quite many former and current ministers and deputies, not to mention officials with a lower rank. About some of them I still want to think that these are honest, scrupulous and thinking people about the good of the country. The unfounded accusations against them are somehow even wounded-was I really so mistaken?

Alas, it also hurts that people work next to them, whose honesty and selflessness I, to put it mildly, doubt it. Some kind of mystery-do the very “right” officials do not see the thief sitting next to them? Why are they “cover” the grown colleagues? Or is it a mistake - and I in vain considered them decent people? Or vice versa - in vain attributed non -existent sins innocent?

In fact, I have no normal answer to these questions. But there is advice - how could you get it. Need transparency. Let it not have it - and it will not be clear whether it will be in the foreseeable future - the law on the mandatory declaration of expenses. But no one is bothering to do it voluntarily. Start with the Cabinet of Ministers.

Even ready to offer help. A correspondent who will be accompanied for a week, a month or how much will be accompanied by-everywhere, at home, and at work, and at the country, and in a restaurant, and on a business trip-one of the ministers. It is punctual to write down what the meetings and conversations were, to figure out the purchase checks in recent years, to check what real estate cost, how much was spent on repairs and arrangement, how salary is paid to assistants. I am sure that in our government there are people who will “converge” everything.

But I would like to start with the only family in the White House. Head of the Ministry of Health Tatyana Golikova and the head of the Ministry of Industry Viktor Khristenko. Recently, so many accusations have been abandoned ( for example , that during the work in the government they got rich for several billion dollars) that in place of decent people we should try to wash somehow. What is not a way? Only, Chur, to answer all questions, and not just convenient.

I'm afraid only they will not accept my offer. But, for example, the head of the Ministry of Finance Alexei Kudrin or the head of the Ministry of Communications Igor Schegolev can accept. I would like to believe.
