The variety of natural zones of the North Caucasus on relatively small, geographical concepts, spaces, of course, determined the variety of human management methods. In Upper Ichkeria, ancient traces of terrace farming are found today. The passage of cattle breeding contributed to the resettlement of people both in the mountains and on the plain, encouraging them to build houses near summer and winter livestock bases. For comparison: huge Russia, for example, had about the same conditions for agriculture on its plains, which gave rise to an opinion about the economic backwardness of Caucasians who did not fit into civilization. The Russian state has always relied on extensive production methods. Direct (and veiled tax policy) violence for hundreds of years of Russia managed to live a single bread, that is, organize monocultural production of bread. This made the country vulnerable to periodic hunger-prayer before the whole world. Nevertheless, the empire found for itself a lot of benefits in the main grain production of the country. The endless warriors demanded an excess of grain, which was easily stored and was very suitable as a provisor for the army. Yes, and vodka in Rus' from time to time was made from grain, and without it the people could not transfer the hardships of operation. The abundance of potential arable land in the North Caucasus inevitably led to the capture of its empire. Russia does not have natural barriers on the boundaries, and this partly contributed to its rampant expansion. But obstacles were artificially created in the minds of a Russian person, not allowing thoughts that not every foreigner is an enemy and obviously bad. Only in this way it was possible to compensate for the poor endurance of the traditional Russian land. The tops of Russian society in the nineteenth century, looking closer to the fact that they received in their new boundaries, were delighted with the acquisition of the Caucasus. Communities - generic and territorial - mountain peoples in a social sense were organized more freely than in the central provinces of Russia. And the fact that the Cossacks took many Caucasian customs is proof of this. Attempts to establish the serf planting economy in the Caucasus everywhere failed, since the peasants simply scattered. The wealth of nature and the neighborhood of the prosperous and, most importantly, free mountain peoples prevented the advance of serfdom to the southeast. And so that the example of the Caucasus did not ruin the power, the image of the Russian layman was again intensively introduced, as they would now say, people of Caucasian nationality, not suitable for more developed economic relations adopted in Russia. Such a “image” would not have a long life in the close contact of the peoples, but the lie was strongly supported - after the past Caucasian war, the lands were redistributed in favor of the Cossacks and Russian settlers, when it was beneficial to believe that its former owners are bad bakeries. Later they found oil in the Caucasus, and, not succeeding on the Agrarian Front, the state decided to recoup on the industrialization of the region. At the beginning of the century, the proletarians poured into the southern oil fields from all over the country. But the new settlers could not spread their lifestyle to the indigenous natives of the mountains. Left without land, the sons of the conquered Caucasus not only survived, but others, by the end of the 19th century, succeeded in another field and even, as it turned out, were better than the average subject of the empire in new capitalist relations. And in Soviet times in the Caucasus found a way for the economic front. If in the thirties the authorities did not know what to do with the North Caucasian freemen, which ended at first with collectivization, and then with eviction to North Asia, then after returning to their homeland, many yesterday’s special migrants mastered the latrine. Rejecting the collective farm slavery, thousands of people earned money in the vastness of the country, and the Soviet and party authorities failed to cover this economic niche independent of them, but we intensified "propaganda support", wanting to fence off the Russian people from the "inaccum" neighbor. If in the nineteenth century the land from the old hosts was simply taken away and transferred to new ones, accusing the first in all conceivable and unthinkable sins, and the latter - making banking Aviso in our days instead of the Earth and for some time allowed Chechens to plunder financial resources, since this was profitable for domestic officials. As a result, the Chechens again managed to discredit in the eyes of the Russian layman. The changed conditions of the last decade gave rise to new forms of economic self -command. The widespread decline in livestock has recently left many in Chechnya without work. Adapting to the difficulties of time, people began to find other classes, not always harmless. But a pipe driving oil from Azerbaijan through the territory of Chechnya, for lovers to make "inserts" and suck six percent of the transported fuel, covered, the transport of Baku oil recently went around Ichkeria. In turn, the own deposits of the North Caucasus were subjected to a massive attack of artisanal manufacturers of fuel. This caused a response (and inadequate - we are talking about waste disposal) counterattack by the authorities. Many factories were destroyed, thousands of cubes of the distilled ownerless oil were destroyed, and went into the sand. Chechnya, by the way, is no exception; In the fight against the spontaneous distillation of oil, the action of its power structures is completely similar in that they are taken in the Stavropol Territory, Dagestan or Kalmykia, where, not finding a better solution, artisanal production for oil distillation is simply liquidated by the forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. However, there is another niche that is not available for public operation, but nevertheless it can serve as a raw material base for artisans. I mean the “tunnel”, numerous lenses of petroleum products underground everywhere where they consumed or processed oil and oil products. In the underground horizons of the Grozny Industrial District, a lot of carbohydrate raw materials have accumulated over a hundred years of predatory production and processing. Along the drains, for example, the Sunzhi rivers in many yards are dug deep wells where these hydrocarbons are filtered and then transmitted to artisanal processing, which is often the only source of existence for their owners. In the area of the Mozdok airfield of strategic aviation, now liquidated, there are so many oil products that these reserves will be enough for many years of artisanal fishing. The same can be said about any airfield where the military was ruled before or now the military. One way or another, the artisanal production of oil products has the future, especially since the unemployment in these parts will not end. The fact that people themselves learned how to get fuel for cars was very useful for them, if we recall that the essence of the self -supply of the people in the work of small merchants. Everywhere you can go, along the roads, on impromptu shelves is full of cheese, sturgeon from the Terek in all types, meat. Economic ties in the North Caucasus republics exist even with Kazakhstan, not to mention closer neighbors. And that is why the people survive, despite all the madness of power - from the very top to the policeman on the road. Due to the wealth of the region and the initiative of its inhabitants, any blockade is doomed. Water is the first need for the life of any living creature, but in the Grozny district it is poisoned by industry, and later the war. In the old days, large -scale hydraulic fires helped out, and bombing and shelling destroyed them. But from previous times, residents got a lot of mobile drilling machines plus qualifications, knowledge of geology. Artesian wells are everywhere where the drill and communities of local residents were able to agree. It should be emphasized once again: all human needs, from transport to medical, are satisfied in Chechnya in addition to the state. Only some things remain for officials, and there is no reason to expand their competence. After all, what is a state affair, we must still find out. “Do not believe, don’t be afraid, don’t ask,” it seems that the wisdom of the convicts, born in Soviet concentration camps, is now being affirmed in the North Caucasus. In the near future, in my opinion, and the old principle of the "dilution" of the Chechen structure, will strengthen in the near future. In previous years, this "dilution" was formed by the flat and mountainous systems of the economy. Now the business activity of many Chechens is developing in “horizontal” - in other countries. And in the historical homeland, they will engage in comprador trade, as a rule with representatives of their diaspora abroad and the primary processing of agricultural raw materials with marketing to Russia.

А на исторической родине они будут заниматься компрадорской торговлей, как правило с представителями своей диаспоры за рубежом и деятельностью по первичной переработке сельскохозяйственного сырья со сбытом в Россию.
