Since 2010, the annual size of natural loss can exceed 1 million people, and by 2025 this figure can increase by almost double. Gryzlov spoke on the highest council of the party that the "United Russia" is already being carried out with the government "zero" reading of bills that will ensure the implementation of the presidential task. We are talking about an increase in benefits in connection with the birth of a child, as well as the target payments starting in 2010. The mother can use this money to increase the funded part of the pension, to improve housing conditions for the mortgage lending system or to the education of the child.

Party officials relate to the economic stimulation of the birth of children. Although the experience of developed countries has already proved sad truth: an increase in the birth rate with increasing economic well -being is falling. The return of tax on the childlessness, about which the chairman of the Duma committee on women, family and youth, Ekaterina Lakhova, is also unlikely to increase the desire of fellow citizens to have children. In addition, simply an increase in the number of children cannot be solved. Large families are often extremely dysfunctional - alcoholic mothers give birth to children to receive benefits (and when the benefits increase, the incentive to give birth to drunkenness will be even greater), and society receives orphans with living parents. With a negative example of alcoholism and asocial behavior.

Many experts associate the extinction of the population of Russia with alcoholism, and at one time the anti-alcohol campaign of 1985-1987 led to the fact that with a 27-percent reduction in alcohol consumption, the mortality of men decreased by 12%, women-by 7%.

Yesterday, the leader of “United Russia” noted that, “solving a demographic situation, we can stimulate not only the birth rate,” but we must fight with the causes that lead to mortality. These are traffic accidents, death from the use of poor-quality alcohol, fires, murders. According to Gryzlov, these reasons lead to a loss of population in the amount of about 100 thousand people a year.

Obviously, fighting alcohol surrogates to “United Russia” seems easier than with the use of high -quality alcohol. That is, with the general alcoholization of the population, which leads to the notorious accidents, domestic crimes, fires and accidents.
