Ivanov - it sounds long

The First Deputy Prime Minister performed yesterday for two and a half hours the First Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov went on the air. For two and a half hours. There was no such excitement on Tverskaya for a long time. To get into the Interfax office for the briefing of the First Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov was not easy. And not only because of the unprecedented heat outside, but also because of the many telesophies inside.

The First Deputy Prime Minister knows his own price. Yesterday, he repeatedly emphasized that he oversees the government within the framework of the budget three -year -old 26 federal target programs (FCP) with a total value, according to its exact calculations, 1.31433 trillion rubles. This is, as he is sure, the state’s contribution to the diversification of the economy.

In other words, these budget money will be aimed at developing a number of key sectors, including: air and shipbuilding, defense -industrial complex (defense industry), transport infrastructure (by the way, yesterday Ivanov made a shocking recognition: it turns out that only one Russian seaport - Vysotsk - has all the necessary regulatory documents, even the borders have not been determined ") and, finally, the Innovation innovation is especially distinguished by Ivanov. The industry is nanotechnology (see the "newspaper" of April 19).

However, Ivanov is trying to disown the image of a statesman in economic policy. Yesterday he began with the statement: "The state should not rigidly administer the development of individual sectors, but should create intelligible conditions of the game, promote the arrival of the business, it does not matter what origin is Russian or foreign."

After the "arrival" Ivanov spoke about the needle. It is possible to get off the oil and gas needle and, accordingly, ensure the diversification of the economy only due to the sectors subordinate to it - the defense industry, atomic energy, transport and communications (in general, all those sectors that are subordinate to its government commission), and most importantly - by creating state holdings in all of the above production. Of course, according to him, all these efforts of the state will be consistent with private business within the framework of the PPP. But private traders obviously will have to become a younger partner of the state. Although they are offered “delicious” projects: GLONASS-GPS-Galileo navigation systems, as well as “ice-class tankers” (according to Ivanov’s observations, “such vessels in the ice go backwards, and in open water in front”). But in any case, Ivanov will not release from his hands diversification of industry, whether it is defense or civil, state or private.

However, Sergey Ivanov was clearly not interested in talking only about industry. Questions about the deployment of the United States of the Base in the Czech Republic and Poland, medium -range missiles and DOVS (the Treaty on the restriction of the Armed Forces in Europe) were much closer to him, despite the change in the hardware status. “They would have been invited to better ministers of defense and foreign affairs,” Ivanov modestly, “but I will answer.” And answered. Firstly, he warned the West that "any shield can be pierced." Secondly, he revealed a secret about: it turns out that there is a strategic defense - and here Russia will never agree with the Americans (“why cooperate against themselves”) - and tactical - at a particular theater of military operations. In the latter case, you can unite with the Americans - on the basis of their "Patriots" and our SS -300 (here the Iranian missiles will not say goodbye).

In any case, it was clear that the United States for Ivanov was a red rag. Washington is considered by him as a constant strategic enemy. Or in any case, a competitor for the title of a great power. Ivanov has no doubt that Russia is a great power.
