I finally and irrevocably realized that we were going straight back to the future, when I decided to go to the last rally in defense of the 31st article of the Constitution on the Triumphal Square. My last rallies, I believed, remained back in 1989, along with the famous needlework banner "Take care of EBN!" (Fully the name was no longer accommodated).

Before that, there were rallies of the famous Democratic Union led by V. I. Novodvorskaya, but it was still Soviet childhood. And it was these demosyuz gatherings contrary to political logic that instilled in me aversion to rallies, manifestations and other peaceful processions in principle.

Tatyana Malkina

During her career, Tatyana Malkina changed different types of media and achieved success and fame in all of them. The young journalist of the “Independent Gazeta” became famous for a bold act in August 1991, when at a press conference of the GKChP she asked the patchists: “Do you understand that you made a coup at night?” A few years later, together with colleagues, she created the newspaper Today. In 2001, she founded and became the editor -in -chief of the first post -Soviet Tolstoy magazine “Domestic Notes”. Since March 2007, the host of the program “Nothing Personal” on the TVC channel.

Because even a meager teenager's mind, I quickly realized that the main goal of those rallies on Pushkinskaya was simple and unambiguous - to be tied. Literally. That is, a participant in the rally of the demo-unit considered him unconditionally successful if, as a result, he found himself in the dungeons of the notorious 103rd police department of Moscow, and certainly failure, if at the end of the rally, he was not tied with anyone, ended the house of the house behind the glass of tea. Because there was actually no speech about the excitation of popular anger or awakening civil solidarity, but there was a conversation about the bold and uncompromising self -expression, the courage of which, in turn, required confirmation by repression from the sepostat (Soviet power).

After observing the development of a truly drug addiction of my friends on the fact of conducting or not having a night in a monkey in a monkey on Arbat, I decided that I would make more contribution to the case of opposing evil, helping my friend to reproduce Brodsky on a mechanical machine: cigarette paper, carbon, four copies and a fifth, completely blind - this is my bonus.

Many spiritual children of Novodvorskaya for their sadomasopolitical dependence were paid by fate - who reached the real psychiatric hospital from formal accounting to the PND and disappeared there, who, after expulsion from the university, was somehow crippled in the army, who pushed his parents to departure to distant countries, who simply turned into a drug addict to the dose and from detention to detention to detention, others Dissolved. Only Valery Ilyinishna, eternal and predictable, like the Moscow government, came out of the DS.

This is all to the fact that I had long had a powerful vaccine from the disease “rally”. Plus, dislike of the crowds. But then suddenly, without warning, something burst directly. My favorite friend invited the theater on Sunday, and I decided to spend the evening in the highest category: by six - for a rally, in eight - art. I will not give myself an experienced knitting myself, especially since the theater is waiting, but at least I will look with my own eyes whether the cops are really so, whether a bunch of madmen really interferes with the motorists, whether Saint Lyudmila Alekseeva is worthy and so on.

I think that in fact, I wanted to make sure that the advantage once every two months for the 31st article of the Constitution does not suffer from Novodvorskaya syndrome, and be happy with this, and even, perhaps, to join their ranks with friends and relatives for the next ten years, for which both the authorities and fellow citizens will get used to both us and the freedom of manifestation. Or make sure that they themselves suffer and rush into the autozaks - and be disappointed and forget about them. And to look at the faces of onlookers and random passers-by, to make a self-packing sociological measurement: there is at least someone business to any article of any constitution or all this is really just the entreprise of a random troupe of Liberal lovers, to so much muddy that it is impossible for the audience to press even free tickets? In general, in a sense of peace of mind, I was looking for one, separately taken question.

However, life has made its own adjustments.

The neck hut up to the rally and the theater, I lamented her hair to my beloved children and found that their heads were full of lice, and tomorrow to school (where, of course, lice and profit). The elder has a control in mathematics and sacred skis from the department of Valeology, the youngest has a performance, the role of the 6th goat, the tail is already sewn to jeans, cotton ears are painted gray, eyes are poured with tears.
In general, I spent the rest of the time for rapid disinsection measures. Only an hour went to his son (poisonous substances plus mechanical combing of the nits), on the younger (hair to the waist) for the first time - two and a half. I still burst into the theater with a third call, since he lingered. I scratched the theater.

The next day I read reports on a rally on the triumphal and terribly upset that lice intervened. It seemed to me that I just had to be at that rally. After a couple of days, having read the next recognition of the fighters of the 2nd battalion of the Moscow riot police in the unloved by The New Times, I just cursed lice. And finally, having familiarized myself with the theses of the report of the conventionally “presidential” Institute of Modern Development, I decided to declare Jihad.

Because everything turned out, a piece to a piece. Because I really liked almost everything that the authors of Incor offer in a report with the excellent name “Political Future of Russia: Back to the Constitution”, despite the fact that this expert development, along with other and even out of turn, is unlikely to be in demand by the president or someone nearby. And for the fact that the expert, and for the fact that it is across, and for “back, to the Constitution,” and for the lack of alternative mechanisms of the All -Russian saw.

They only offer to return the small that was conquered from entropy, they just repeat the old argument about the need to deprive the state of a number of functions in the economy, impartially describe the anti-corruption schemes of a systemic nature, innocently convinces of choosing governors, simply reminds of capital truths, but sounds like: oh-huh provocation! (I won’t be surprised if they will soon find the true customers of the “PR attack” of Inisa, presumably on the other side of the Big Pond.)

Because for some reason it seemed to me that this time the complaints of the Moscow riot police (whose veracity, alas, no one doubts, but perhaps the fighters of excessive restraint) have a chance to reach a real public court, the direct broadcasts of which will be excitedly to look at the Russians, despising other spectacles. Both the heads will fly, and the current riot police will be canceled, and they will recruit for service in the relevant organs of people whom the population will not be called goblins.

Because I realized that I want back to the constitution, in all its diverse manifestations. Back to a multi-party system and a 5 percent barrier. Back to the idea of creating an independent court in Russia as a whole and an adequate program for protecting witnesses in particular. Back, in those fabulous years when the Russians seriously wanted a professional army. Back, by the time when the motives for admission to the civil service were idealistic, but this is not idiotic. Back, when not 50, but 500 thousand fellow citizens went to rallies about the same constitution. Back, by the time when the shameful was ashamed. Back to the future!

And that's what. On March 31, I will go to the Triumphal Square, even if I myself am completely lousy.

And take care, the same, Ebn!
