Roszdravnadzor promises to stably provide Russians with medicines “swimming in money,” commented on the situation with financing for the drug support of Russians in 2009, Deputy Head of Roszdravnadzor Elena Telnova. In December, 10 billion rubles were allocated to the drugs of preferential categories of citizens, in January - an additional 12 billion rubles. Resources, according to the head of the department, are more than enough. “Even those regions that had problems at the end of the year look quite decent today,” Telnova said.

According to Roszdravnadzor, this year on the program of seven high -cost nosologies (from the Greek. Nusos - a disease, literally the doctrine of the disease) 37 billion rubles are provided, and 28 billion for providing the necessary drugs. Today, drugs have been delivered to the regions for 14 billion rubles, which is 44% higher than last year's indicators.

The official noted that, despite the crisis phenomena in the economy, there are no reductions in the supply of imported drugs.

In the All -Russian society, hemophilia confirmed that everything is in order with expensive drugs for hemophilics. “This year, unlike previous years, there were no changes in the rules for the purchase of drugs under the program, so the delivery was carried out without overlays,” the president of the organization Yuri Zhulev told the newspaper to the correspondent. At the same time, he expressed concerns regarding drugs in the second half of patients with hemophilia: “The ruble falls, and if the Ministry of Health and Social Development does not adjust the program budget, then, according to our calculations, 40% of patients will not be enough for imported drugs.”

The interregional public organization of disabled people, nephrological patients “The right to life” is disturbed by the violent replacement in pharmacies of the original Swiss drug, known in Russia for more than 10 years under the name “Sellsept”, which should be delivered under the conditions of the tender, to Indian Generic Maisept, ”says the chairman of the organization Irina Irina. Such facts, she said, were recorded in the Moscow and Kurgan regions, the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug Ugra.

The situation in the retail pharmaceutical market is also quite stable: the number of pharmacies in the whole country has decreased slightly, no significant personnel contractions are observed. Large networks, according to analysts, close only their unprofitable pharmacies. “In branded pharmacies, this reduction can be about 3-5%, and 1-2%single,” said Alexander Kuzin, Director General of the DSM Group marketing agency. - But so far there are still the remains of drugs in the warehouses last year. Lack of drugs is not felt, and reduction of pharmacies does not affect their accessibility for the population. ”

Roszdravnadzor was already reporting on planned anti -crisis measures. Among them, the signing of the tariff agreement with all market participants on the list of vital drugs, monitoring the situation in the regions, and reducing customs duties.

In the two Russian regions, the authorities have already taken steps to restrain prices for prices: in the Khanty -Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug -Ugra, prices for 28 essential drugs have been recorded, and in the Republic of Ingushetia a draft law was prepared to reduce the maximum trading allowance for medicines.

Measures to improve the drug supply of rural areas in two weeks will be additionally discussed in the State Duma Committee on Health.
