A contract was signed for the purchase of the largest party of fighters for the army
At the Max air show, which opened yesterday, in the presence of Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, who held a meeting on the development of domestic aircraft construction as part of the salon, a contract was signed between the Ministry of Defense and the Sukhoy Company for the supply of the largest batch of fighters in the entire post -Soviet history of Russia. Until 2015, according to the contract, Sukhoi will produce 48 aircraft for the Air Force of 48 aircraft Su-35C, 12 Su-27M aircraft and 4 Su-30M-2 aircraft.
The amount of the contract is 80 billion rubles.
Vladimir Putin was literally shocked by the skill of pilots showing the figures of the highest aerobatics on the aircraft of domestic production: the prime minister on Max began with viewing the flights of the Su-27, Su-35 and MiG-29.
"The development of aircraft industry is one of the key priorities for the development of the Russian economy," Putin said later at a meeting.
Although now aircraft industry is suffering from serious systemic problems. "For example, the UAC (the United Aircraft Building Company. -" Gazeta ") debt obligations for 120 billion rubles. 64 billion of them is a deficit not secured by the revenue or profit of enterprises," Putin said. OAC problems are insufficient quality corporate governance, high costs and low labor productivity. “A number of UAC contracts for the supply of aircraft to foreign and Russian customers brought not profit, but losses,” the prime minister complained.
In order to solve the problem, Putin instructed to develop and introduce a program to the government to improve the financial stability of the corporation within one or half months.
The government will continue to increase the costs of the aviation industry.
According to Putin, just the other day, it was decided at the expense of the budget to conduct a specialization of the Sukhoi holding company for 3.2 billion rubles. “Today we will also discuss the possibility of replenishing the capital of the Russian aircraft -building corporation for 15 billion rubles this year,” the prime minister added.
At the same time, Putin warned aircraft manufacturers against illusions that the state would endlessly pull out the industry from the debt pit and correct management errors.
"The industry should work in market conditions, although now they are not simple. Competitors in the world market have direct support from their governments. But you do not need to repeat other people's stupid mistakes and work efficiently," the Prime Minister summed up.
