The FSB will connect the FSB around the unified state examination (USE) to the fight against the sale of answers to tests, which this year began to be taken on May 27, a scandal flared up. On Wednesday, Minister of Education Vladimir Filippov said that none of the Internet sites selling answers to the exam tests has real test tasks and answers to them. Nevertheless, officials fear a possible leakage of information and offer to introduce criminal liability for interfering in a single exam. The Ministry of Education has already held a meeting with the participation of representatives of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General, who promised to conduct an investigation and punish the owners of sites for fraud.

There was no leak

On Tuesday in 47 regions of Russia, unified state exams in chemistry, social studies and literature were held. More than 700 thousand schoolchildren passed them. The examination for the exam will not only be entered in the certificate, but also count upon admission to 464 Russian universities. According to the Minister of Education Vladimir Filippov, the ministry managed to prevent the appearance and sale of ready -made decisions and answers. According to the Ministry of Education, this year not one of the tasks was lost or opened ahead of time, so there was no leakage.

“As the students themselves could verify, the answers purchased in social studies and literature have nothing to do with the real tasks of the exam,” said Filippov and called on graduates not to use falsified tickets with ready -made answers and decisions sold on the Internet.

'Even chemists will not be able to open the envelope'

According to the Ministry of Education, more than 30 Internet sites offer to buy ready-made answers to the exam tests. The answers to all options of tasks according to one of the items cost from 30 to 160 dollars. As evidence of the sale of genuine examination tasks, scammers send a title sheet of the test signed by Minister Filippov. However, neither the minister nor the deputies sign his test tasks of the exam. Back in mid -May, the schoolchildren themselves, who bought answers on several sites, opened a fake in mid -May.

They noticed that versions of the exam tests on all sites are different. It could not be otherwise: the owners of the sites could not get the content of the tasks, since the real issues of the exam are formed by various teachers, then they are laid out in Moscow in exactly the same individual bags and sent to schools with a special training. At the same time, as the minister said, "no one knows, even the ministry, which envelope and with what task will fall into a single school."

He categorically excluded the option in which the envelope with the task can be opened or replaced. All envelopes are made of special material, when opening, they cannot be repeatedly sealed.

“Even the chemists did not succeed when they tried to open the envelope with the tasks,“ the material only stretched out, ”said the First Deputy Minister of Education Viktor Bolotov. - The answers of the students are invested in the same envelopes. '' According to Bolotov, the other day in the Samara region, the teacher, sealing the envelope with answers, accidentally "sealed" his finger. In order to prove the authenticity of the answers and warn the accusations of an attempt to unauthorized autopsy, the teacher was forced to go to Samara in order to extract a finger from an envelope in the presence of the regional commission: opening the envelope on the spot would mean the transfer of the exam in this school for the next year.

25 years for interference on the exam

However, fraudsters on the Web went further and now for $ 200-500 are selling certificates for passing the exam. But they did not take into account that the grades received by graduates on state examinations should be entered in the federal computer database, which will be protected from extraneous intervention. This base is created so that university employees can check the presence of an applicant in it and the fidelity of information about the certificate of passing the exam presented by him. The base will be reliably protected from hackers: officials called on specialists from the government communications service and information security specialists from the FSB to work on it and the information security of all stages of the exam.

Viktor Bolotov noted: 'Such promotions are a trap for graduates and pumping money from them. Fraud must be suppressed. ' Vladimir Filippov has already held a meeting with representatives of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General. It was decided to conduct an investigation and find the organizers in respect of which a criminal case can be instituted, since their activities fall under a number of articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (in particular, for violation of copyright of the developers of tasks). Vladimir Filippov invited the security forces to introduce criminal liability for trying to interfere with the computer system, following the example of some countries. As an example, the minister brought Egypt: 'If someone tries to intervene in the course of a single exam, he faces a punishment up to 25 years. And for the 20 years during which they conduct an exam in this country, there was not a single attempt to sell answers and not a single case of interference in the testing. '
