New Russian romantics in the film "Peter FM" to make easy and air, just for spring viewing, the movie is completely difficult. Especially for the director of the Department. You will go too far with drama - and all the ease will disappear, and the youth who came to the hall eat popcorn and exchange sms -kams. But it is also impossible to completely deprive the plot of intrigue and the semantic load: intellectuals will laugh. The director Oksana Bychkova and the whole team of Peter FM in general managed to catch the right intonation and give the picture a pleasant filling and eye.The plot is tied on a mobile phone: DJ Masha dropped his multifunctional phone on the street, and the promising architect Maxim found it. Blessed for an hour and a half of screen time, young people call back, trying to cross somewhere in the city so that the mobile phone will return to the mistress. But each time something interferes with their meeting.
In parallel with unrequited dates, the personal circumstances of the heroes are changing. The radio host was going to marry a long -time friend - they already bought rings, and they ordered a limousine for the wedding - but suddenly he thought. And the talented architect was offered prestigious work in Germany, and the closer the date of departure, the more doubts about this step. Witnesses of mental throwing in both cases are pretty friends of Masha and Maxim, as well as their completely unsympathetic employers.
And almost a key (along with a mobile phone), the character of the film is the city of Petersburg. Fasted at all times of the day, from noisy noon to romantic predawn twilight, then flooded with the sun, then washed by storm rain, Peter looks quite attractive for the viewer to believe: the architect Maxim is to love this city, and there is why not to want abroad. Yes, and a telephone acquaintance with the unknown Masha attracts, because something suggests - they are related souls.
The film has a whole bouquet of grotesque appearance of actors-stars, including Andrei Krassko and Vladimir Mashkov in the images of touching dented drunks and Alexander Bashirov as a cruel administration. But still, to a large extent, this cinema is given to the completely young performers, primarily Evgeny Tsyganov and Ekaterina Fedulova. Fresh face for the domestic screen, Fedulova leaves a pleasant impression and depicts the worker of the radio broadcast quite reliably. In the case of Tsyganov, it is still more interesting. The romance, which goes, is playing on Peter, he already played, in principle, in the film "Walk". But here the organic artist was more lucky with the atmosphere: in St. Petersburg FM paradoxically, more air and space for maneuver, despite the fact that improvisation was by no means the end of the project. The only omission associated with the central character belongs to the purely technical sphere. Tsyganov-architects appear in the frame with a backpack and in a jacket for a long time, and then suddenly without them, and only a few scenes, after events, it becomes clear where he was doing the thing. Perhaps the director Oksana Bychkova or her producers were going to greet Tarantino and his inconsistency with the clothes of gangsters in the "criminal reading". But if so, then this attempt looks awkward and looks like an ordinary mounting inconsistency.
