There are such topics that it is impossible to talk awkwardly and seriously. The federal program "Russian Language" has been adopted. This is such a new-old document. The program has already been accepted for 2001-2005, and even earlier the same was approved in 1996.

If you remember, then we were led by the great linguist Viktor Stepanovich Chernomyrdin. A man paved his way into history only with a phrase, they say, "they wanted the best, but it turned out as always." So, it was under him that the Russian language promised to bloom in cities and weights as a symbol of statehood. You remembered a joke about a boy who peered into the bedroom to his parents, and then said: "And these people forbid me to pick a finger in my nose?"

And how much of the modern long -suffering and almost no Russian language of nameless heroes! After all, someone came up with Mrots, Guups and others, it will not be said with children, mudses.

In vain, the Russian language is a state affair, that is, money is allocated for it and is somehow spent by someone. Here, in the previous five years, one and a half millions from the treasury were unsubscribed into Russian. And what were the years! Boarding pearls beat with a key, especially on the heads of those citizens who have not lost a sense of language, despite all the bossy shouts. For example, Mikhail Fradkov to Chernomyrdin - like on foot to the Canadian border. But Mikhail Efimovich can also be quoted with pleasure: "Administrative reform has been hidden so that the ministers feel the hopelessness of the situation." Good little thing? In my opinion, shine. But what a charm: “Dial-up of GDP ... someone ... not someone, but the president gave us this integral indicator, which allows you to dig up two bayonets down. And we feel with forecasts, feel it, but there is no doubling of the GDP ... We must feel so that the result is and the children appear.”

And how much of the modern long -suffering and almost no Russian language of nameless heroes! After all, someone came up with Mrots, Guups and others, it will not be said with children, mudses. I am sure that in the next five -year plan and these people will take part in the program "Russian Language". After all, now more than a billion was written off on her, everyone will get, who is under power.

That's when they take up industry, even light, I do not mind. I forgive them for the navy. And the Russian language ... Maybe you don’t need it so, from above and for our statehood?

That is, I want to say as a law -abiding person. If the homeland needs, then the wise is with you, accept the program. But, in my opinion, it is better to read Chekhov. Quietly, at home, without unnecessary affecting, exclusively to improve the Russian language.
