The shares of unfinished apartments were joined by the business investors yesterday deceived equity holders of the Command Partnership "Social Initiative" announced the beginning of an unlimited hunger strike. About 60 people are located in an office complex unfinished company on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, Vl. 30. He was also built with the money of co -investors. The "commercial" equity holders who burned out on his construction joined the hunger strike. Protesters said they would not leave the building until the federal authorities intervene in the situation with the “social initiative”. At the same time, protests also began in Orenburg, Belgorod, Novosibirsk and Voronezh. Representatives of these cities, as well as delegations of Nizhny Novgorod and Smolensk, came to Moscow.“In Ulyanovsk, about 500 people barricaded in an unfinished building,” said Sergey Korolev, a member of the Coordinating Council of the KT Social Initiative, “about 2 thousand people participate in the newspaper.” Recall that the “social initiative” conducted the construction of about 400 facilities throughout Russia, as a result of its activities, about 50 thousand people were injured.
The beginning of the All -Russian action was announced at 11 a.m. at a rally at the humpbacked bridge in Moscow, after which the deceived co -investors moved to the hunger strike - the color boulevard, where the group of KT Social Initiative, consisting of 60 people, has already been in the building of the Women's Center. Poster posts were hung on the building with the requirements for the intervention of the federal authorities and the implementation of contracts with CT "Social Initiative", as well as a huge hauling "let me complete! Shared investors."
The latter was posted by equity holders who invested in the construction of the "female center".
As the private investor of this facility Tatyana Tikhonova said, the construction of the center was organized on the initiative of the famous actress Elina Bystritskaya. In 1993, the metropolitan government allocated for free LLC “Women's Center”, established by Bystritskaya, a plot of 0.45 hectares on Tsvetnoy Boulevard for long -term rental for 49 years.
In 2001, the “social initiative” with the right to attract coin-investors became an investor-builder of the facility. “The company attracted about 450 million rubles from 69 shared investors,” Tikhonova shared. However, by the planned term, the object was built only 61%, on the basis of which the women's center LLC broke the contract with the Social Initiative. As a result, private investors were with nothing - Bystritskaya said that she had found a new investor. The shareholders of the object organized a non -profit partnership of “Tsvetnoy Boulevard” and require them to complete the construction. Now the shareholders themselves pay for the security of the center, which gave them the opportunity to go to the building for the organization of a hunger strike.
A police officer who arrived at about 11 hours under the leadership of Colonel Yuri Hezorenko “corrected the situation” - the second batch of interest holders, about 100-120 people, had to rally on the street. After long disputes, the police nevertheless let the press into the building. The hunger workers are located in one of the completed rooms on wooden pallets, covering them with tourist rugs. The police in the building did not touch anyone because of the ambiguity of the status. On the one hand, they were rebels, on the other, just some equity holders of the “social initiative” came to visit, to leave for others - the owners of the building.
The police were played out on the equity holders remaining behind the fence. About two o’clock in the afternoon five buses with riot police arrived at the scene, and the guardians moved to power actions. At first, the police pulled out the most active equity holders from the crowd and dragged them to the buses. They did not pay attention to age. Two sergeants by the hands dragged onto the bridge woman of about fifty: however, the crowd repelled her. In total, according to Sergey Korolev, about 15-20 protesters were in the police departments. A little later, riot police pushed the bulk of the protesters to the subway. By 15.00, several scattered groups of equity holders and 60 starving inside the building remained on the street. “Probably, we will be thrown out at night,” Polina Gusarova suggested. About 18 o’clock the prosecutor of the Meshchansk Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office Alexander Rybak arrived at the hunger strikers and promised help - so far only to the equity holders of the “women's center”. By the time of signing the number to print, the hunger strikers still remained in the building.
