The gang plan failed

In the capital, three participants in the impudent raid on the collectors were caught by the investigators Moore yesterday detained 28-year-old Alexander Shatalov. Two more raiders-28-year-old Sergei Moskvitin and 31-year-old Igor Gugushili were detained on Tuesday. So far, only one participant in the attack remains at large. Yesterday morning, an explosive device was neutralized, installed by raiders near the crime scene - in the event of a persecution, they were going to bring him into force.

For almost six months, bandits were preparing for robbery. The ideological inspirer was the former police officer Sergei Moskvitin, who resigned from service shortly before the crime. The department where he worked is located near the Bank branch on Trofimov Street, and Moskvitin watched for a long time when and how the money was brought. The criminals, as it seemed to them, calculated everything to the smallest detail. Each has a task for each. The money was supposed to capture Moskvitin and gugushi, Shatalov developed the departure and was responsible for transport, the fourth criminal drove the machine.

On June 27, the raiders arranged an ambush near the bank, putting a radio -controlled bomb stuffed with balls, nails and dowels on Novoostapovskaya Street. The collectors arrived around midnight, and as soon as they got out of the car, the bandits opened fire at them. After that, having plunged bags in their BMW, in which there were money and metal boxes from ATMs, disappeared. According to some reports, about 20 million rubles were their prey. The criminals planned to leave a foreign car soon by overloading the money to the inconspicuous Muscovite-2141. But they were not lucky, and BMW had to leave earlier because of the broken wheel. The settled car was found on Sosinskaya Street near the district railway. The criminals did not dare to drag all the prey with them, they took only part of the stolen money, and the rest hid in the bushes near the railway embankment. However, the cache was found by patrol policemen when they combed the surroundings.

Apparently, Shatalov and Muscovite considered themselves elusive, so they did not hide and lived at home. They were detained there. Gugushili went to Adler. His place of residence could not be established, but the other day the detectives learned that his mother was going to him. He was seized when he met her at the station.

How much the bandits were able to take away, now investigators are counting. In any case, about 1.5 million rubles were found at Moskvitin, Gugushi managed to buy an expensive foreign car, and part of the money may have hidden. Shatalov does not tell anything about her share yet.

Now all the detainees were charged at once under three articles of the Criminal Code - 105 (murder), 162 (robbery) and 209 (banditry).
