Talisman failure

The review of the next round of the Russian football championship central event, of course, was the match of the leaders of the championship - Moscow Spartak and Zenit from St. Petersburg. The game justified its status in practice. And the result of the team repeated the match of the first round: in the third round, Spartak beat Zenit with the same score, only did it in St. Petersburg.

Usually games of this kind are called matches in six points. The results of the previous round recorded Zenit with a sole leader, and Spartak remained on the second line of the table with a lag in one point. Team relations have long been formed in a unambiguous way and are not always painted by sports anger. In any case, it was not necessary to count on the lack of motivation.

The first half of the Moscow meeting was held with the visible advantage of the home team. The goal was brewing and happened in the 28th minute. In an attempt to start the attack, Hagen unsuccessfully disappeared into the center of the field on Shkrtel. Czech lost the ball. The loss and forwarding of the ball on the flank of Torbinsky followed. The young midfielder of Spartak, having passed the edge, found Pavlyuchenko in the penalty area of Pavlyuchenko. And the best scorer last season did not leave Malafeev a special chance - 1: 0. The ending of the half was dictated by red-white, and yet, having no moment, Zenit managed to score his goal. Already in the 45th minute, Shirl from the left flank launched the ball into the penalty area of the Spartakites. Kovach, seeing that Plestikos would definitely have time for the ball, slowed down a little. Arshavin emerged from the Spartak, with a straight foot knocked the ball out of the hands of the Croatian goalkeeper, picked up the round and equalized. Despite the obvious violation, the Judge Gonchar, who, by the way, was a few tens of meters from the Spartak penalty, he counted the goal. Plestikos did not argue only because he was speechless, but his partners tried to convince the referee that there was an attack on the goalkeeper. The potter did not heed the beliefs, and the account became a second before the break. At the end of the match, Bazhenov gave the debt for Arshavin. But more on that later.

The second half brought some changes to the overall picture of the game: probably, the Spartakites discouraged by the response for several minutes lost concentration, and Zenit had several truly dangerous moments for taking the gate. Having failed to score, the guests again faded into the background and again missed. Bystrov, who had already become a kind of talisman for the St. Petersburg club, bribed former classmates this time. At the 61st minute, the midfielder burst into the penalty area, where Nastrova intercepted Malafeev. The goalkeeper of the Russian national team did not have time to the ball and even tried to avoid contact, but did not have time. The potter pointed to the point, simultaneously sending Malafeev to relax with a red card. Pavlyuchenko could not reflect the blow of Chontofalski. A little later, Zenit had a great opportunity to equalize once again, but the burbnyak who replaced Radimov unsuccessfully struck from a favorable position. Already at the very end of the meeting, Spartak celebrated the goal scored again. Just the same debt of Bazhenov. Pavlyuchenko responded to Kalinichenko’s shelter. The ball cut into the far corner hit the bar, bouncing from which he first hit the chest of the runaway Bazhenov, and then in the hand, which the young Spartakovets carefully set up in the right place. The Zenitites ran with the appeals, but the potter, and this episode did not really see, pointed to the center of the field. Tymoshchuk and Chontofalski received cards for disputes, bringing the total number of warnings in the match to 12.

This was the third victory of Spartak over Zenit in the current season (twice the wards of Cherchesov beat Petersburgers in the regular championship and once in the country's Cup). It is curious that in the match of the first circle, which also ended with the victory of the red-white with a score of 3: 1, Spartak also distinguished himself twice from the game and once from the penalty. In that game, like on a Saturday match, the judge got not only yellow, but also red cards, with the only difference that this time only Zenit had removal. A short result for the St. Petersburg team, which even before the start of the season was called almost the main contender for the gold of the championship, does not look very joyful. So far, the Dick’s team in masts with the main competitors on the medal scored only one point (twice Zenit lost “Spartak”, once - CSKA, and once again played with a “locomotive”).

"Moscow" after the 17th round reached the three leaders. Having missed the most obligatory goal in the second minute of the match against the Samara “Wings of the Soviets”, the “townspeople” recouped on the fifth. However, both teams did not stand out with particular activity after the goals scored. The first half remained with the Volzhans. There was no logic in the attack of the home field. Called to replace the injured marriage, the young striker Golubov could not cope with the task. The replacement (Golubov on Chizhek), made in the second half, added freedom to one of the leaders of Moscow - Pablo Barrentos, and Moscow finally came forward. As for the first time, Adams distinguished himself again (the double brought the attacker in first place in the bombardry list, which he shares with his seven goals with Andrei Arshavin). Well, he finished the work begun by Adamov, Barrentos. Seven minutes before the end of the main time, the defense of the “wings” failed, the Argentine received a pass from Semak and a blow to the corner issued the final score of the meeting.

Currents from Dynamo helped to be in third place in Moscow. The home match with the Perm "Amkar" wards Kobelev ended in a draw, and it cannot be said that this result is in the game. “Amkar” had more goal moments, in one of the attacks Permyaki, as much as three times, checked the strength of the gates of Anton Shunin. By the way, a draw - just in many ways the merit of the young goalkeeper "Dynamo". And this stability (pah-pah-pah) pleasantly pleases. Especially if you recall the injury of the main goalkeeper of the national team Igor Akinfeev.

However, not Shunin one. At one of the moments, the players of "Amkar" played against themselves. Sergey Volkov and Evgeny Savin ran out to Shunin together. There were no Dynamo defenders nearby, Sergey looked towards the teammate and for some reason decided to break through. Shunin coped with the blow, but whether Volkov coped with the post -match thrashing of his coach Rashid Rakhimov is unknown. After all, Volkov ruined this moment in the 80th minute of the match, and Rakhimov’s emotionality is known to everyone.
