Bespalov left the Council

Bespalov, the chairman of the General Council and the Executive Committee of United Russia, Alexander Bespalov left the Council of Council, left the Federation Council.

Today, at the plenary meeting of the upper house, senators by a majority vote, on the proposal of the delegating Bespalov, the government of the Penza region ceased his powers as a member of the SF, RIA Novosti reports.

Bespalov was appointed director of the Gazprom Information Department and, in accordance with the law 'on the status of a member of the Council of the Federation and the State Duma deputy, must leave his senatorial chair.

The Government of the Penza Region is a record holder for the frequency of changing their representatives in the upper house. Before Bespalov, the former chapter of Transaero Alexander Pleshakov represented the region, but he was withdrawn last year. So far, the government of the Penza region has not delegated its new representative in the field.

Senators also terminated the powers of the representative of the Legislative Assembly of the Leningrad Region Valery Golubev. According to available information, he also goes to work in Gazprom.
