Children's health camps are becoming less than June 15 in most children's camps will begin a massive arrival of vacationers. Rest in the camp with all its obvious shortcomings (low levels of service, unsanitary conditions, rooms not repaired from Soviet times and dining rooms) is one of the most popular. As the VTsIOM survey showed, 16% of Russians, in whose families there are children, will acquire trips to the camps to their offspring. Most respondents (46%) will leave children at home. Another 16% will be sent to the country. It turns out that the camp is the only option for more or less organized children's recreation in Russia. However, as the newspaper found out, here, too, not everything is in order. This year, 52 388 year -old recreational camps throughout the country will begin work for Russian children. This is almost 8 thousand less than in the past. If such a pace is stored, after 6-7 years of the camps there will be no remaining at all.
As the chief sanitary physician of the country Gennady Onishchenko stated at the readiness for the 2006 summer recreation campaign a week ago, the camps of the country Gennady Onishchenko, the camps are closed mainly in connection with the change in the owner, the refusal of the organization of children's recreation, closing for major repairs, a weak material and technical base, and not preparedness. ”
Nevertheless, thousands of camps work in the country and parents have the opportunity to send children there, saving on the cost of the ticket - more than 13 billion rubles are provided for these purposes in the budget of the Social Insurance Fund (FSS). How to use them? It all depends on which camp it was decided to send the child.
“There are a lot of types of camps, but the Social Insurance Fund (FSS) finances partial or full payment of the cost of tickets only in four of them: to children's sanatoriums, in the sanatorium recreation camps of year -round, and the suburban and recreation camps with a daytime stay,” the Gazeta said in the press service of the FSS.
Best vacation - in sanatoriums
The most comfortable rest in children's sanatoriums, but not quite healthy kids can count on it. A healthy child or not, will be determined in the clinic, and only if he has diseases of the respiratory system, the musculoskeletal system, the gastrointestinal tract, the central nervous system, he will be given a certificate that will confirm the disease and the need for its spa treatment. With a certificate, you can count on the fact that the social insurance fund compensates for 450 rubles per child per day. And how much parents will pay to pay depends on the rates in each specific camp.
For example, in the Children's Sanatorium of the General Weather Profile "Vasilyevskoye" in the Odintsovo district, the ticket will cost 12,600 rubles for 21 days of rest. This is 600 rubles a day. That is, parents will have to pay 150 rubles from their pocket for each day. In the sanatoriums of the Rostov region “birch” and “fairy tale” that treat respiratory diseases, prices are about the same. These are the most affordable options.
Prices automatically take off if the sanatorium is located on the seashore. For example, in one of the most famous children's sanatoriums of the Krasnodar Territory named after N.A. Semashko with the treatment of digestive organs, a ticket for 21 days in June costs 14.5 thousand rubles, and in July and August - almost 17 thousand rubles.
By the way, almost all children's sanatoriums are year -round; In summer, they inflate prices by 20-30%.
Health in the suburbs
If the child does not need sanatorium treatment, he can be sent to a country health camp. The FSS promises to pay 50% of the average ticket cost. Here, children are not treated, but healed by various sports events, hikes, food, saturated with vitamins. Prices, respectively, will be lower, since there is no need to spend money on medical procedures.
The place, again, matters. If this is the middle strip of Russia, and the camp with a toilet on the floor and a minimum set of entertainment services, without water entertainment, then at 500 rubles it is quite possible to fit. So, in the Children's Health Camp in the Tula region for 400-500 rubles per day, the child will be content with a large landscaped territory of the camp, cozy 5-seater rooms, common amenities on the floor and five-time food.
It will cost 100 rubles more expensive to rest in the Moscow Regional Camp "Ogonek" in the Sergiev Posad district. It differs from the Tula "Sukhodol" only in that the child will have the convenience of the child and only 3 of his neighbors will use them, and not the entire floor.
At least 700 rubles per day will cost a vacation on the Black Sea coast. In the Laguna recreation camp, for this money, the same conditions will offer the same conditions as in the Tula Sukhodol, but the sea and its own beach are its undeniable advantages.
I handed over in the morning, I took it in the evening
There are also daytime camps. They usually work at schools. Children come there for the whole day, and go home at night. In Moscow this year, according to the Moscow Department of Education, 13 thousand Moscow schoolchildren will rest in such camps.
Prices here are quite acceptable, especially since the FSS assumes the payment of a certain set of food products. As a result, parents usually remain to pay extra from 250 to 400 rubles for the entire shift. For them, the child will receive a two-time (somewhere three-time) food, walks (though in the school territory), sports events, and in some schools there are also foreign language courses. Moreover, you can relax at any Moscow school - regardless of where the child is studying.
Safety problems
The day before yesterday, the head of the Central Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia Vladimir Stepanov reported to journalists about the readiness of children's health camps for the summer season. “Not all camps on the territory of the Central Federal District are completely ready to receive children,” Stepanov stated. Mostly problems with the implementation of fire safety requirements.
In particular, according to the rules established by the Ministry of Emergencies, each children's camp should be equipped with a fire alarm, a fire alarm system, fire water sources must also be installed, to which unhindered firefighters should be provided. In addition, the camp staff at the beginning of the shift must be instructed about the rules of conduct during a fire.
“According to the results of the audit, every fifth head of children's health facilities was fined for non -compliance with these requirements,” Stepanov said. That is, it will be correct that every fifth children's camp in the Central Federal District is not safe from the fire, or rather, unable to fight it. Stepanov, however, promised that all these shortcomings would be eliminated to the arrival of children.
Whether such inspections were carried out in other federal districts, Vladimir Stepanov did not specify, however, if the violations were recorded in the camps of the Central District, then it will be right to assume that they will be in the rest. Maybe this also explains that more than half of Russians will prefer to leave their children in apartments for the summer or send them to the country to grandparents.
