The name of the candidate is quite famous. 54-year-old Alexander Braverman graduated from the Kharkov Engineering and Economic Institute, defended his thesis on economics. From November 2000 to April 2004 he served as the first deputy minister of property relations, which became the crown of the bureaucratic career of the official. After the next restructuring of the government, the status of the property department lost weight, and Braverman got the opportunity to completely surrender to the leadership of his beloved brainchild - the non -profit organization “Russian Association of Marketing” (RAM), established in 1995 by the largest Russian corporations, banks, universities, research and consulting firms. As stated on the RAM official website, in connection with the federal scale of the RAM activity, the government gave permission to use the term “Russia” and the symbols of the Russian Federation. This fact itself deserves attention.

In addition, President - Chairman of the Management Board of Ram Braverman is the co -chair of the Commission for the Development of the Market Market under the President and at the end of last year submitted to the court of this commission a marketing study on the topic of which housing should be built based on the wishes of Russians in different regions. As a result, it turned out that in the framework of the “Available Housing” national project, 1 square meter of housing should cost about 31.6 thousand rubles for a potential buyer. In addition, on the recommendation of BRAVERMAN, before the large -scale implementation of the project, it was necessary to carry out the so -called pilot projects in 11 constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the construction of housing with a total volume of 20 million square meters. These plans are not less than a year old, Braverman spoke about them at meetings of the Interdepartmental Commission for the implementation of the National Project “Available Housing” even under the previous minister of regional development Vladimir Yakovlev.
