The currency patriotism of Russian legislators can be treated differently. The easiest way is to the spring exacerbation of the legislative brain fever, which affects, as it turns out, academicians even in a more severe form than ordinary deputies. Here we will accept the law: from television screens will be considered only in rubles - and there will be ruble happiness to everyone. It is clear that such laws are not achieved by such laws, and for the academician, for completeness of coverage, it is possible to advise to make another initiative - to legislatively limit the rise in prices, and for violation of the law, not to fine officials with the oligarchs, but to introduce criminal liability for them.
Joke? Of course, and also with a long beard. But this is only at first glance.
There is a second one. I do not think that the academician Velikhov acted at someone's instruction or embodied in his project a sensitively caught signal of the highest spheres. Surely the academician did not write off anything from anyone, wrote, if not from his head, then certainly from the heart. And, like a circus, he earned applause. Shooting at random, and even with blindfolded eyes, he accidentally landed "in an apple."
It is not clear which target I am talking about? I'll explain now. If you put aside the vaudeville entourage, then the academician spoke of strengthening the ruble. This is the purpose of his proposals. And the strengthening of the ruble is no longer a joke.
The academician, most likely, without knowing it himself, with his completely “Angelovsky” project fell directly into the kitchen of Russian economic policy. And there, as it seems to me, right now they are painfully thinking about the recipe for dishes with which the Russian economy will meet in 2008. Since the cooks of the highest qualification in this kitchen cannot be found, the choice is small. Since the economy meets the presidential election, the main task, lowered to the cooks, is not to spoil the national projects. With them, as you know, and so not everything is okay. Medical can lead to the Lesser of qualified specialist doctors. What is affordable housing, developers, to put it mildly, are not clear. The educational national project is more or less advanced, but it can also go to the attack - the cancellation of deferrals from service in the army. This is, as they say, in particular. But all national projects have a common enemy - inflation. Which literally devalues them all. And if so, it seems that the main economic dish 2008 is the suppression of inflation. The matter is good, but hug the cooks prematurely. Because they do not know another way to combat inflation, except for strengthening the ruble.
The academician, of course, will rejoice.
And the economy will stand up. But still not immediately. 2008 will somehow slip through, and what will happen next, what dishes will have to be served then, now economic cooks are not interesting. Not ordered.
