"Reform produces outcasts"

- Are the reforms reflected in the everyday school process?

-A new strict form of certification is introduced, that is, summing up the results of training in the 11th and 9th grades. It is believed that those teachers who have taught all these years should not evaluate the results. In return, this will be unmistakably and unpleasant to make the USE system. Allegedly, this is necessary in order to enter the university in an additional entrance exams.

And they forgot about those who do not plan to study further. They will not receive high assessments. They came to school to learn what they need in life, in which many will become locksmiths, drivers, hairdressers. There are many such professions - life will stop without them. These people are in demand - by the way, unlike many who have received higher education.

But the teacher is forced to prepare his pets for a new form of exams, the requirements are increasing, and those who used to calmly study at the hard three and did not feel like an outcast, begin to worry more and more.

Is it necessary to call extreme forms that accepted dissatisfaction with their place in the life of young people? The massacre in the Moscow synagogue has not yet been forgotten.

- Is it for gifted children from poor USE families - good? Why to suffer in the 10th and 11th grades to those who do not need this?

- Every three -year -old, whose parents have money, is sure that he will get to the university, and the poor are left without higher education.

Nine-graders look long for the 10th grade. In my opinion, it is precisely these two years, the 10th and 11th grades, determine the face of the future citizen. He must go this path along with the teachers who love him and respect him, remaining exactly what he is: with his weaknesses, but with a gullible heart that expects from adults to understand and training.

And now far from everyone will get into the 10th grade. Schools and technical schools are paid. And not everyone is able to study there. Truly to work - the age has not yet come. These children will be thrown out of the process of socialization, which is given precisely by the school.

We need the events in Parisian suburbs to be repeated in Russia? This will happen if we create a whole layer of youth who have not found a place in life.

- How will porch financing affect the school?

- targeted funding has a solid justification: money is followed by a student. It is calculated how much it costs to teach one student plus the salary of teachers plus some financing articles - all this is a wealth in the hands of the director.

Live, school! Some schools will undoubtedly win: those who have a number of students more than one and a half thousand, who are in the city center, who called themselves gymnasium, have the opportunity to provide paid services and will be able to find rich sponsors from parents.

And what to do to small outskirts of schools, which by definition play the role of the cultural center of the district? Parents are not ready to pay for mugs and courses. And the costs of maintaining old, as a rule, buildings are colossal.

Small rural schools have already been ruined - under the pretext of their bad fire condition. They would be repaired, not to close them. But the children were deprived of normal childhood and health in return, because there are no buses, and if they appear as a result of the “School bus” target program, then they can not drive on the road.
