A prominent Wahhabit Chechen militants lost one of their leaders in Chechnya. On Wednesday, in the village of Agishta, the "emir" of the Vedensky district Supyan Abdulaev was killed.According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic, for Abdulaev, who was known as a chip and red soup, a purposeful hunt was long led. The house where the leader was hiding was blocked by operatives of the Shali District Department of Internal Affairs and riot police fighters. An extremist and his guards responded to the proposal to surrender to a hurricane fire from machine guns. In the ensuing shootout, all the bandits were killed. The commander of the Battalion of the PPS of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya, and one policeman was also injured. When examining the house, the operational investigative group discovered three corpses: Abdulaev himself, who was soon identified by relatives, and his two henchmen - Movladi Magomadov and Salim Mustapaev. Both also were the "emirs" of the Wahhabis of individual settlements. They found a whole arsenal - Kalashnikov assault rifles, Makarov pistols, seven manual grenades and even a bumblebee jet fire.
Behind Abdulaev stretches a train of serious crimes. The ardent adherent of Wahhabism, he in the 90s became the close of Basayev. In 1997, Aslan Maskhadov introduced several “irreconcilable” into the “government of Ichkeria”: Basayev, Movladi Udugov and Islam Khalilov. The latter took one of the key posts - Minister of Sharia Security. Red soup has become his deputy. At the insistence of "implacable" Mashadov introduced the Sharia court in Chechnya. In addition, Basayev and his associates created “Majlisa Shura” as the Supreme Military and Spiritual Body, actually declared the law that seemed too soft to them, Outlawed. The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya Ruslan Alkhanov, telling yesterday about the successful actions of his subordinates, called Abdulaev one of the founders of Wahhabism in Chechnya. With the beginning of the second Chechen campaign, Abdulaev with his detachment actively participated in the hostilities against the federals. His militants made impudent attacks on checkpoints, laid high -explorer on the routes of the columns and were recruiting youth. The gang of red soup was one of the most active in the republic. Her last loud action was an attack on the village of Avtura at the end of November last year. Then the head of the administration Ibrahim Umpashaev was killed, and then the killers brought him out into the street and explicitly shot his 26-year-old son Isu. The Ministry of Internal Affairs took unprecedented measures to destroy the militants, but they were able to get away from the persecution, injuring two policemen.
