"Moskvich" will be sold in the summer

The cost of the plant is estimated by metropolitan officials at about 6 billion rubles, which will cover no more than a quarter of the debts of the enterprise. The funds proceeds at the auction will be distributed between creditors as follows: 75% - the government of the Russian Federation, 10% - the government of Moscow and 15% to other creditors.

Today, the total debt of Moskvich OJSC is about 28 billion rubles, of which 2 billion are in front of the Moscow government.

The control package of the enterprise - about 60% of the shares - belongs to the state, in connection with which the city will have to coordinate with federal authorities to evaluate the property put up for trading, which will lengthen the procedure.

Recall that talk about the sale of property of OJSC Moskvich has been going on for a long time. The last time the date of bidding was scheduled for the end of December last year. However, the Moscow Arbitration Court canceled the planned auction. The reason was the position of the administration of the plant, which was against crushing property: its sale was planned in several lots.

Currently, the plant owns more than 800 thousand square meters. meters of production and administrative space, including the Moskvich recreation center. Prior to this, several objects of Moskvich OJSC were sold: 2 facilities - external managers, and several more structures, including the administrative complex and the PTU building, were transferred to the Renaissance Bank in terms of repayment of a loan taken to pay wages to employees of the enterprise.

Participants in the real estate market suggest that the territory of the plant can be used for the construction of economy-class housing or office complexes. According to the head of the analytical department of Praedium, Olga Kisarina, the most acceptable option is the reconstruction of administrative buildings for class in class B with an annual rental cost of 3-3.5 thousand dollars per square meter. meter. As for the production facilities, it is more advisable to withdraw them, and to build up the vacant territory inexpensive housing.
