But literally a day, Kommersant, citing a senior source in the Ministry of Printing, said that the sixth channel could not start broadcasting television programs on May 26, since due to the legal intricacies of issuing a license, both temporary and permanent, can be delayed for at least a month, or even an indefinite period.

Last Thursday, giving an interview with the Echo of Moscow radio station, the head of the Ministry of Printing Mikhail Lesinin said that there are no obstacles to the broadcasting of the Media Socium on the sixth channel and it can be started now.

In fact, this means that the Ministry of Printing is ready to implement the same model that was implemented at the time of disconnecting from the air of TV 6 and when almost instantly on the sixth button the beginning of its broadcasting NTV+.

Does it really turn out that the offices of the Ministry have not yet developed a single position on broadcasting TV 6? Or all what is happening there are echoes of a subcutaneous struggle in the office of power? It seems that we will receive the answer to this exactly on May 26.

In the meantime, the millions of our viewers suffer from everything that happen, who, right, were waiting for the results of administrative multi -goals.

The start of broadcasting by the journalistic team of the sixth channel of its programs today is not only fundamental, but also purely practical significance. Already, many programs have been prepared for the broadcast, which are waiting for only the intended hour of their appearance on blue screens.

Alas, it may be so that in a month or two they will lose their relevance and the work of a large creative team will go into the sand, and the audience will be deprived of their legal right to appreciate new programs and programs and express their opinion to reporters.

Is there a reasonable way out of this situation? Of course, yes. Let's try to look for him together.

Firstly, it is necessary to put into practice the results of the already held contest for broadcasting on the sixth button. And this means providing a temporary license for broadcasting in the shortest possible time for the Media Socium.

Secondly, wait for the decision of the Strasbourg Court on the liquidation of the MNVK and, depending on it, act on the situation.

If the Strasbourg judges agree to the elimination of the former broadcasters of the sixth channel, then the process of eliminating the MSVK will be finally completed, its license will become invalid, and the “media-Socium” at least the next day receives a permanent broadcast license.

In the same case, if European judges take the side of the MNVK, then in accordance with Russian legislation for the Ministry of Printing there is the right to apply to the Russian court regarding the recall of a permanent license for broadcasting at the MNVK and, after its verdict, allow a protracted dispute by law.

The whole absurdity of the situation is that if you follow the letter of Russian law, sooner or later the license from the MNVK will be withdrawn and the professional team of journalists TV 6 will begin on the sixth channel.

So is it worth it to force viewers in vain to worry and wait?

From the editorial office. At the time of signing the number, it became known that the First Deputy Minister of the Press Mikhail Seslavinsky announced the resolution of the legal side of the issue. The license for the right to broadcast for the "media-Socium" will be prepared by the Ministry by June 1, and the television company will be able to start its work. At the same time, Seslavinsky emphasized that it is about a license, and not about temporary permission. True, at the same time, the License of the MNVK has not yet been canceled. As a result, the Ministry of Printing will provide a package of documents governing the relationship of the new broadcaster with the old "etheric owner" - MNVK.
