The companies share the Belitel Cell operator Kyrgyz Cellular operator of the Betel Suyno Cellular communications yesterday again ended up at the center of the conflict between several companies, each of which claims that it is the legal owner of this operator. Now the rights to own the “Beatel” are disputed by CJSC “Reservspitzmet” and OJSC “Mobile TeleSystems” (MTS), which this week announced the purchase of 51% of the Bitel shares. Having made this acquisition, MTS inherited participation in the conflict for the right to own the Beatel from the company "Alliance Capital".MTS, in turn, claims that “I am absolutely confident in my rights to the“ Betel ”. MTS insists that "the illegitimacy of the rights of Fellowes to own the" Beatel "and, accordingly, the transaction between Fellowes and CJSC" Reservspetsmet "has already been confirmed by the decisions of the UK of the United Kingdom." The MTS message widespread yesterday says that "according to the decision of the British court, Fellowes cannot use the right to Bitel shares or seek the use of rights to Bitel.
It is curious that, according to MTS, the company “Reserv Space”, like Fellowes, is affiliated with alpha groups, although in Altimo they deny this connection. MTS believes that CJSC “Reservspetsmet” was registered in haste “for the unfair elimination of the consequences made to the company Fellowes of judicial prohibitions”. The basis for such a statement was the fact that, according to MTS, the interests of Fellowes and CJSC “Reservspetsmet” in the courts and state bodies of Kyrgyzstan are represented by the same people. All this, according to MTS, may lead to the fact that attempts by representatives of these companies to dispute the possession of the Batela shares will lead to the arrest of Alfa-Group assets.
All parties participating in disputes for the “Betel” are so far in solidarity in only one - in the presence of legal problems. Apparently, this means that the Kyrgyz operator will go to the company that will show a big ingenuity in their decision.
