Meanwhile, since the beginning of the month, 65 mm of precipitation has already fallen in the capital. The cause of heavy rains that fell upon Muscovites in recent days was Cyclone, who came from the Baltic (see the newspaper of August 6). According to weather forecasters, the intensity of the cyclone was not any special, but Moscow was in that area that is associated with the most frequent and strong rains.
