On the one hand, the work is nonsense: first you collect tribute from the population in the form of complaints, then you direct them where necessary. On the other hand, it is also impossible to control the Internet with the help of excited citizens as to build a proletarian state in a deep peasant country. But the country, as you know, has never plucked before difficulties. And Ekaterina Mizulina, the current person of Russian legal awareness, does not graze before them either.
