25 dead

The Russian army fired missiles at Ternopil. Two residential buildings were destroyed. 25 people died, including three children, and more than 70 were injured. In total, the Russian military, according to the Ukrainian side, fired 48 missiles and about 500 drones at Ukrainian cities. There are about 40 victims in Kharkov. There were power outages in different regions.
