A previously convicted serviceman returned from the war and killed an acquaintance in front of children in the Kemerovo region.

Since September, relatives have complained three times about the military for beatings and arson at home.

As ASTRA found out, Vladimir Moksheev, a 26-year-old serviceman of military unit 90600, was detained in the village of Shchebzavod in the Kemerovo region (pictured). A criminal case of murder has been opened against him.
