Two weeks ago, early in the morning, my father’s friend, who had worked as a cook on a ship for a long time, came to me and asked me to catch four bees. He intended to use their venom to treat a torn clavicle tendon. Having fulfilled his request, I thought it was time to describe the Basic Model (BM).
So here are the four root positions of OM
1. Opportunity
2. Reflection
3. Strength
4. Controversy
Possibility is the starting position. Reflection gives birth to multitudes. The Power arising in multitude is the third position. When the Force reaches its Reflection, the Possibility of the Impossible appears, that is, Contradiction.
Possibility, Reflection, Power and Contradiction (POSP) can manifest themselves in any way, but in themselves they always remain what everything else passes through, although they themselves can pass through themselves. After all, the essence of Strength is Possibility, and the essence of Contradiction is Reflection, but not vice versa. In this respect, any hierarchy is reduced to the original duality. Combinations of VOSP give rise to countless forms of reality and ideality in statics and dynamics.
To reveal the details of the operation of the VOSP, we will use the comparison method.
As you know, Four is stability, that is, something that does not change. What doesn't change in your thinking? Chandrakirti argued that any statement is fundamentally reduced to four contexts.
1 Truth (Possibility)
2 Untruth (Reflection)
3 Simultaneously Truth and Falsehood (Power)
4 Simultaneously Untruth and not Untruth (Contradiction)
From this we can draw a simple conclusion that everything is relative and thus give up trying to figure out what’s what. But upon closer examination it is clear that this relativity is a consequence of these laws, but not vice versa.
Let's consider how VOSP manifests itself in the processes of cognition.
Initially, a person, as complete ignorance, has limitless potential Possibilities. When a person begins to think, he understands that there are limitations that create a question, that is, Reflection. Trying to find the first or last Reflection, a person gains Power. And in the end, he finds correspondence to his knowledge in the observed reality, and comprehends the essence of the Contradiction, opening up new possibilities.
In psychology it is expressed like this:
1. doesn't know that he doesn't know.
2. knows that he doesn’t know something,
3. knows what exactly he doesn’t know,
4. knows what he knows.
The difficulty is that here the sequence is only a form of presentation of the text, and in reality all four phases can be presented in one moment.
And finally.
In the theory of how a quantum computer works, four positions are needed to describe the state of the cubit - 00, 01, 10, 11 at the same time. And according to the latest ideas of neurobiologists, the environment for mental processes is quantum fields.
