Key words: Suknov, Markov, Novikov.... Who can take the mayor's chair? Do you have suitable candidates, dear users?
As a layman, I see the following. All the intensity of passions associated with both the dirty elections and the deforestation of the Tsag forest, of course, contributes to the development of civil society in Zhukovsky. At the same time, politics (some semblance of it) is being revived in the city, first of all, the struggle for the mayor’s seat. Will this fight develop into a squabble? We'll wait and see.
3 site users recently left several, in my opinion, relevant comments:
Sedukiy (commentary to the material about changing the city charter):
"Markov wants to become mayor. He is supported by Asfan Vikharev - Guarantee of the System. With money and connections. Markov and Vikharev have a joint project to build a residential building. Asfan did not succeed in seizing power in Ramenskoye, Demin very famously knocked him down - you know, now he is trying to implement it in Zhukovsky. This is not a joke, this is a fact. I just want you to know this."
Zaletny (comments on materials about deforestation):
“Poor Suknov and Bobovnikov!!! And the gray cardinals from ROSTECHNOLOGIES and UAC look at everything and chuckle and have already chosen the head of a new one for us - Markov. Read his newspaper “City of Zhukovsky” for March 19 - peace and quiet and in the middle of this surface is an interview with (read carefully) the President of the Non-Profit Partnership “National Aircraft Manufacturing Center” Tigran Igorevich Aleksanyan. It was under his sensitive and wise leadership that the road was built, if you believe what is written."
Stray:
“I agree with you that cursing is a sin and should not be done. That’s right. Suknova and Bobovnikov were forced to pull chestnuts out of the fire and all the anger fell on them, and the cunning Markov on the sidelines seemed to have nothing to do with it, but the Council under his leadership voted for the road.”
Alexa:
“You know, they carry these chestnuts for a reason, they were allowed to destroy the city for this...”
Sedukiy, perhaps behind Igor Markov is not only Asfan (Andrey) Vikharev. For some reason, it seems to me that you know Igor and are aware of how he lives and who he is, except for his role as chairman-statistician. Maybe tell the readers? :) People, I think, don’t mind finding out what a potential city manager or popularly elected mayor is like.
Zaletny, as for Aleksanyan, the newspaper “City of Zhukovsky” regularly reports on the activities of the NCA. Do you think the guys from Rosstekhnologii and UAC can put a person not from the Zhukov government in the mayor’s chair? They can, but how expedient is it to kick local influence groups and spit in the faces of residents who do not want to see a cunning but newcomer in the mayor's chair.
And now about possible scenarios.
1st option. Let’s say the referendum takes place and Alexander Petrovich resigns. It is possible that residents will kick out the current deputies from the mayor’s office. Who will run in the early mayoral elections? Perhaps Stanislav Suknov, Igor Markov, Igor Novikov, Alexander Anikanov, Vladimir Sedunov or Evgeniy Kiy (the last two are for quantity). Dear users, do you have any candidate options?
Well, of course, we will vote for Novikov, the majority will say. Of course, in 2009 this candidate gained fame as a fighter for justice in the eyes of Zhukovsky residents. But it is worth noting that many voters voted for Novikov because he is not Bobovnikov - only for this! Will you engage in the same protest voting in the upcoming elections?
2nd option. Evgeny Kiy and all members of the TEC, with the exception of a couple of people, will not sign the initiative for a referendum and will not allow the townspeople to express their will. But it will be extremely difficult for the chairman of TEC and Co. to do this due to strong public pressure. I'm afraid it will come to pickets at Evgeniy Aleksandrovich's entrance. However, keep in mind the fact that after all the scandals in the elections, Mr. Kiy did not retire (he was not retired) to write memoirs about who, when, to whom and to what extent. He is being held in place, just like Bobovnikov. Yes, they pull chestnuts out of the fire, albeit not for free - I agree with Zaletny and Alexa. The next “chestnut” could be the refusal of the population to participate in a referendum under the pretext, for example, of invalid signatures, or simply a refusal. After which A. Bobovnikov and E. Kiy, at the very least, will live to see the elections and calmly retire... or to the same "ROSSTECHNOLOGIES".
3rd option. At a rally on Saturday, March 24, deputy Andrei Ivanov, wedging in on the Chistyukhinsko-Vikharevsko-Emelyanovskaya demagoguery, made an important statement that “an attempt has been made to deprive Zhukovsky residents of the right to elect the mayor of the city.” Deputies will amend the city charter and we will not be able to elect a mayor. They will choose a mayor from among themselves. Who can become it besides Igor Markov? Perhaps Andrei Ivanov himself, which seems unlikely to me. Judging by the speeches of the deputies themselves, they do not plan to make this change to the charter. But an attempt is not torture, Messrs. Fedorov and the initiators of the amendment who control you.
Do you have any options for the development of events? And which of the scenarios seems most likely to you.
