Media: Iomega Zip 100, 250 MB (PC); MO 3.5" 128-640 Media: CD-ROM, (USB-Flash is allowed, but not recommended). For file names, it is better to adhere to the “8.3” rule and not use symbols of national languages (Latin only). Files for PC can be accepted as *.zip, *.rar archives. Printing of the layout is required.
Files (vector and raster formats): EPS file (all text converted to curves, all illustrations included in files in CMYK format); CDR file (Corel Draw for PC version no higher than 10, all text converted to curves, unused styles removed). Files in TIFF, JPEG formats with a resolution of at least 240-300 dpi - color, 600 dpi - grayscale, 1:1 (if the layout does not contain halftones - like Bitmap with a resolution of 600 dpi) CMYK, JPEG quality not lower than 8.
Additional layers are not allowed. Layouts in QuarkXpress, PageMaker, and InDesign formats are not accepted due to possible problems with font substitution.
MS Office files are accepted only as test files without preserving formatting!
PDF format is possible, versions no older than 1.4 (Adobe Acrobat 5.0), all fonts must be included, raster images only CMYK (for color), Grayscale/Bitmap for halftone and monochrome.
