Primakov for president!

The presidential chair in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation became vacant, and it suddenly became known that it would most likely be taken by the leader of the Duma faction of the OVR, Yevgeny Primakov. At least, he is considered the most promising candidate for this post.
“Evgeny Maksimovich is just one of the candidates for president of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry,” Anton Mikhailov, an employee of Primakov’s office, told us. — Whether he will become president or not will become clear after December 14, when the elections are held.
“Representatives of the associations of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Central, Volga, Ural and Northwestern districts spoke in favor of Primakov’s candidacy,” said Sergei Katyrin, vice-president of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. “And I made the same decision.”
According to rumors, Primakov has already collected more than 200 votes out of a possible 400. And there is very little left until December 14th.
