Apple cider vinegar is an excellent natural remedy that refreshes, rejuvenates, cleanses and tones the skin. The fruit acids contained in it have an exfoliating, moisturizing, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect on the skin, and also stimulate the production of collagen, which is responsible for its elasticity. In addition, it improves the condition of blood vessels. Apple cider vinegar has proven itself excellent in the treatment of skin diseases.
How to make your own vinegar
It is better to prepare apple cider vinegar yourself, since synthetic apple cider vinegar does not always have the qualities of natural one.
Grate the apples on a coarse grater, then add warm boiled water at the rate of 0.5 liters of water per 0.4 kg of apple pulp. For each liter of water we calculate 100 g of sugar or honey, 10 g of bread yeast and 20 g of dry black bread. Pour the mixture into a jar and put it away for 10 days in a dark place at a temperature of 2030C. Keep the jar open and stir the contents with a wooden spoon every 23 days. Then the apple pulp must be transferred to a gauze bag and squeezed out. Strain the resulting juice again through cheesecloth and pour into a wide-necked vessel. To each liter of juice you can add 50-100 g of sugar or honey, stirring well. After this, cover the jar with gauze, tie it and store it warm for 4060 days. After fermentation is complete, pour the resulting apple cider vinegar into bottles with a hose, filtering it with gauze. Seal the bottles tightly with stoppers and store in a cool place.
