Rejoice, gourmands: rumors that chocolate boutiques and shops selling handmade sweets will open in Moscow very soon are not at all exaggerated. And this gift is from the president of the Odintsovo confectionery factory, Andrei Korkunov.
Shops selling luxury chocolate exist in Europe, but so far there have been none in Russia. The main difference between a boutique and a candy store is that you are not buying a bag of sweets or an ordinary box of assorted items, but two or three different types of sweets, which are carefully packaged before your eyes. Needless to say, these are not just candies - the exquisite taste is achieved through original recipes, excellent ingredients and unique technologies, including hand-made production.
“We are negotiating with the Moscow Gostiny Dvor and Petrovsky Passage, where we plan to open one chocolate boutique each,” says A. Korkunov. “In addition, there are plans to open ten specialized departments in the capital’s largest supermarkets.”
In the two years that have passed since the release of the first batch of sweets under the A. Korkunov”, sweet products have won their fans. “Criolo”, “Arrieto”, “Villena”, “Monti” and seven more names (coinciding with the names of the places where cocoa beans are grown) are on the lips of those with a sweet tooth. And this year’s premiere is a new series “ROSSO Line”. Try it and enjoy.
