Zemfira

Zemfira Ramazanova.

Born in 1977 in the city of Ufa. Zemfira's mom is a doctor, dad is a history teacher.
Since childhood, Zemfira has been interested in music, composing and writing poetry herself.
At the age of five he began studying piano at a music school.
At the age of seven, she composed her first song dedicated to the group Black Sabbath.
I always dreamed of becoming a singer. She performed in nightclubs and was quite popular.
I played basketball at school. By 1990, she became captain of the Russian girls' team.
But I still chose music. She entered the school of arts in the department of pop instruments, graduated from school with honors in the class of pop vocals.
Since 1996, Zemfira has worked as a cameraman for the radio station "Europe-plus Ufa".
In 1998, she organized a group, which she named after herself.

I looked for a producer for a long time, went to different Moscow recording companies. But a demo tape with Zemfira’s songs fell into the hands of Ilya Lagutenko. He helped Zemfira record her first record. The first album "Zemfira" was released on April 24, 1999.
