The St. Petersburg district court turned out to be relatively merciful and did not order the eyes of everyone who saw the photo of the butt with Issaki in the background to be gouged out. But in principle it’s not evening yet
Photo: pixabayA court in St. Petersburg sentenced the historical iPhone 12, which belonged to Instagram model Irina Volkova, to capital punishment. It was on him that the girl captured her butt in a thong, and she was lucky that for this she received only 180 hours of compulsory work, and not “two-piece.”
There are cities in which, no matter what corner you take a photo of your body parts, something else will certainly fall into the frame. As a rule, some kind of socially important object. And even the most innocent photo will become offensive to a certain group of citizens because of this. Or at least for a district court judge, which is quite enough. In general, you need to be more careful when taking photographs: make a slight mistake with the angle, and you’re already being taken somewhere.
So, during a photo shoot with Irina’s butt, St. Isaac’s Cathedral came into the frame. The court was not at all embarrassed by the fact that the building stood at a considerable distance from the priest and that it was a museum. Irina was accused of insulting the feelings of believers. And the phone, which involuntarily captured the butt and the museum - well, not everyone wears only staples - was recognized as a crime weapon and ordered to be destroyed.
In general, Irina tried to save her electronic friend. The girl asked not to destroy the phone, but to return it to her. We are afraid to even imagine how this completely natural desire turned out for her, especially since the iPhone is now not only in price, but also in short supply. Because the butt is no longer only against the backdrop of Isaac, but everywhere. But in the end, Irina abandoned her appeal, thereby dooming the gadget to death.
It should be noted that the St. Petersburg district court turned out to be a relatively merciful authority and did not rule to gouge out the eyes of everyone who saw the historical photo and bulldoze over all the gadgets that displayed it. But in principle it’s not evening yet.
