The most common “winter disease” is cystitis!
Treatment of cystitis is not complicated, but do not let the disease progress so that it does not become chronic. Here are some folk recipes.
1. Birch leaf, bearberry leaf, corn silk, licorice root, wheatgrass rhizomes (equal parts). Pour a tablespoon of the mixture into a glass of cold water, leave for 6 hours, boil for 15 minutes. Take 1/3–1/4 cup 3–4 times a day for cystitis. Contraindicated in acute inflammation of the kidneys and urinary tract, during pregnancy.
2. For inflammation of the urinary canal, crush sun-dried plantain seeds and take 10 g, washed down with a decoction of the leaves of this plant.
