Australian nutritionists presented to the public a list of the most absurd ways to get rid of excess weight, recently recommended to citizens who want to lose weight.
The lemon diet caused particular horror among scientists. They say that actress Demi Moore stubbornly sits on it. So, if the gossip columns do not lie and Citizen Moore really periodically sits for two or three weeks on water with lemon juice, washing it down with maple syrup and eating hot red pepper, then, based on the conclusions of the Australians, the star will not last long. Because such an original selection of products is fraught with gastritis, intestinal colitis, and in the long term – stomach ulcers.
The list of questionable diets was supplemented by a diet based on blood types. Its essence is that those who are losing weight are depriving themselves of some vital product. In particular, people with the first group should not eat plant and dairy proteins. Scientists report that in this situation, the conductivity of the heart muscle is disrupted, and liver and pancreas diseases worsen. After 10 days of such a diet, an exacerbation of gout (if there was one) may begin, and anemia and premature aging of the body will inevitably develop. Maybe try it on the “patients” from “House-2”? At the same time, we will probably find out how it affects other blood groups.
The buckwheat diet, which they say is practiced by some quite decent people, has also fallen into disgrace. Chocolate, vinegar, beer, wine and coffee diets are not approved by scientists. But not a word about vodka. I wonder if this is a hint?
