It often happens in spring: it’s enough to sit in a draft for the body, weakened after hibernation, to immediately fail.
What to do?
If you don’t have a temperature above 40 and you understand that it’s not the flu and you don’t urgently need to call a doctor at home, try to cure yourself using old proven methods.
First of all, prescribe bed rest for yourself: the more time you spend wrapped in a blanket, the greater your chances of recovering faster. You definitely need to nourish your body with vitamin C, for example by eating one or two lemons during the day. Don't forget about warm drinks, which can be milk with honey, berry juice or ginger tea.
If your throat hurts, mash 3-4 garlic cloves and pour 200 g of warm water over them.
This “medicine” needs to be strained and gargled regularly.
