Moscow magistrate Alexandra Mikhaleva today issued two new fines under the article on “LGBT propaganda” to the founder and chief editor of “Guys +” Evgeny Pisemsky. Among the reasons is a broadcast about first sex.
Evgeniy received information about fines in a notification from State Services. In total, the same judge has already fined the head of “Guys+” for more than 2 million rubles:
“It seems I signed up for an unlimited subscription to fines. Today I received two more fines of 300 thousand rubles. The total for the last six months is already 2,350,000 rubles. For what exactly, I don’t know yet, but, apparently, again for “propaganda.” It seems that the most devoted readers of Guys+ work in Russian government agencies,” Evgeniy wrote in the team chat.
At the same time, one of the texts of the decisions has already been published on the website of the justices of the peace. According to it, it turns out that the “propaganda” consisted of four publications of the “Guys+” telegram channel:

According to the judge, the publications (which were made by Parni+ journalists, and not Evgeniy personally) encourage readers to get acquainted with LGBT topics and thereby “propagandize.” And the last entry is completely supported by the personal assessment “It looks very nice!”, the court emphasizes:
The purpose of this post is to encourage the recipient to become familiar with topics related to the LGBT community by publishing information about videos dedicated to the relationship of a same-sex couple. In addition, the author of the publication expresses a positive attitude towards non-traditional sexual relationships by citing enthusiastic comments from users on these videos and his own approving statements about the characters in the video (“It looks very cute!”).
Last time, Mikhaleva fined Evgeniy 1 million rubles in one day under four protocols. The reasons for the fines were similar , but last time the judge studied a lot more publications.
