Grigory Yavlinsky said at a press conference that the decisions taken by the President of the Russian Federation are not optimal for the given situation, despite the fact that “the parliament is very illegitimate.” The head of the Epicenter called the conflict between the parliamentary and presidential structures “the agony of failed power” and refused to “unconditionally support any of the parties to the conflict.”
Free trade unions of Russia, including the Independent Trade Union of Miners, the Trade Union of Air Traffic Controllers, the Trade Union of Scientists, the Trade Union of Coal Industry Employees and some others, stated that they consider the actions of the President of Russia the only civilized way out of the current political crisis.
General Director of the Center for Applied Political Research Georgy Satarov, in a conversation with reporters, said that, in his opinion, in a week everything will calm down and be settled in favor of the president.
