This study was prepared by the international non-governmental organization of lawyers Article XIX, which transferred the rights to translation and publication in Russian to the Glasnost Defense Foundation. The collection outlines and comments on the media laws of Australia, Austria, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Canada, the Netherlands, Norway, the USA, France, Sweden and Russia.
