Чтобы защититься от непрошеных собеседников, существует масса других, гораздо более эффективных механизмов, чем настройка My authorisation is required. К ним относится Invisible mode , занесение приставалы в Ignore List , отказ от его добавления в ваш Contact List и настройка двух опций в разделе Ignore List того же самого диалога Security & Privacy:

Включение двух этих настроек - железная защита от нежелательных контактов. Впрочем, я не рекомендую ими пользоваться. Для защиты от обычных бездельников, ищущих компании в самых неподходящих местах, обычно хватает правильного сочетания Invisible Mode и Ignore List.

Я не стал бы заострять внимание читателя на этом обстоятельстве, если бы не столкнулся лично с последствиями режима Authorise. В моем контакт-листе - около пятисот пользователей. Так что отключайте Authorise, какая вам разница, кто вас добавил в свой контакт-лист, если это не дает ему ровно никаких дополнительных возможностей для общения с вами.
